Stop looking and book this!
Simply the best of everything all wrapped up in one delightful package. Michaela is the perfect hostess making sure the apartment has everything you need from a fridge stocked with breakfast supplies, maps and guide books to bathrobes and slippers!
I never expected so much attention to detail. As we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary we got a beautiful surprise of champagne and a card too.
The location is perfect in a very quiet and safe area. There are so many options for meals and drinks but also a supermarket close by.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the large shower was wonderful with plenty of hot water.
The elevator was only used when we needed to move suitcases, the 2 flights of stairs didn't bother us at all.
The furnishings are lovely and comfortable and made us feel at home.
There is a Metro stop (Porta Venezia) and tram close by but Milan is such a beautiful city we chose to walk everywhere including to the amazing Church of San Maurizo (you must see it).
You will hear some voices in the foyer from neighbors but this is minimal and most noise is done by 10pm.
We loved being here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great Apartment in Great Location
This spacious apartment is close to the Metro and a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. The host was full of great information and very nice. The fridge was stocked with really nice breakfast foods. The apartment was clean and large and much better than a tiny hotel especially for the price.
Lots of good places to eat in the area. She left us maps and guide books and lots of information about the neighborhood and all of Milan and the region.
I was highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Milan.

Such a delightful apartment
This apartment is situated in lovely (typical Italian courtyard) setting. It's reached by a wonderful old style lift (or steps) Inside it's been stylishly furnished, my husband and I had the bedroom, while our teenage son had the sofa bed in the lounge. The sofa bed was brand new and our son said it's the most comfortable sofa bed he's ever slept on. Although the kitchen is compact, it had everything we needed.....best of all a nespresso coffe machine and lots of different coffee pods. Michaela, the owner met us and gave us lots of great information. She also left us lots of welcome goodies, including fridge items and pastries and three wonderful chocolate brownies.
The apartment is a great base to see the sights of Milan, would recommend a trip up to Lake Como on the train. It's also very well placed for tram stop and underground. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Fabulous stay in beautiful Milano!
The apartment is perfectly located for walking to all the major sites and amenities in central Milan. It was spacious and immaculate, with a great bed and ample room for cooking and eating. Our host Michela was ever so gracious and accommodating, making our stay in Milan a true delight!

Fantastic place to stay!
My daughter and I stayed two nights in Kramer 22. Our luggage was delayed and we arrived later than we planned. Michela waited for us. The apt was clean, spacious, and very nicely decorated. The best part is Michela is a very warm and friendly person. She gave us great advice on where to eat and how to get around the city on public transportation. There was a super market close by. Michela had a variety of food for our breakfast and the brownies were fantastic. We loved our stay at Kramer 22. Thank you Michela for making our stay in Milan so great!

Great location, top-quality accommodation, excellent and expert service
We have just enjoyed a great three night break in Milan. Kramer 22 was perfect for us; me, my sister and my Mum. The apartment was very clean and very well provided for with everything we could've needed - and more! The beds were very comfortable and the new shower was fantastic. It was wonderful to arrive and enjoy the delicious brownies as well as know we had great options for breakfast the next day so no need to go to a supermarket. Michela was so helpful and welcoming. She helped us get our bearings with the tram, Metro and buses. Of particular use were her recommendations for where to eat. We really enjoyed La Cantina di Manuela, just around the corner, excellent.
Thank you so much Michela, we had a terrific time, loved the apartment; you've set a very high standard for our next city break!
