The area where it is located in the historic center, just 10 minutes walk from the Piazza Maggiore and Two Towers. 15 minutes walk to the station.
Immediately in the area you can find all services like supermarkets, pharmacies etc as well as many restaurants, taverns and very quaint and cozy pubs. The bus stop is only 50 meters from the apartment.
Towels and sheets included. Possibility of reservation is secure parking on notice and availability (cost € 20 per day)

Centralissimo appartamento in edifico storico, molto silenzioso ed accogliente, completamente ristrutturato, situato al piano terra ( no scale ) composto da due camere per 4 posti letto ( 1 matrimoniale e 2 singoli o 4 singoli ) con bel soggiorno, cucina abitabile e dotato di tutti i comfort come Tv, internet e aria condizionata.
La zona in cui si trova è in pieno centro storico, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla Piazza Maggiore e Due Torri. 15 minuti a piedi per la Stazione
Subito nei dintorni potete trovare tutti i servizi come supermercati, farmacie etc oltre che molti ristoranti, osterie e pubs molto caratteristici e accoglienti. La fermata del bus è a soli 50 metri dall’appartamento.
Asciugamani e lenzuola incluse. Possibilità di parcheggio custodito prenotabile su preavviso e disponibilità ( costo euro 20 al giorno )

Very centrally situated apartment, near to the bars and restaurant street Via del Pratello, while Via Pietralata has a few restaurants itself. As this is ground floor and front side, sometimes some street noise in the night when bars close. Plus we had some noise from an old airco machine in the courtyard. Otherwise a wonderful, very central apartment, quiet, clean, simple but very effective, good wifi, excellent, generous shower, two bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Modern apartment in an old palazzo. Our host Nicola was most welcoming, flexible and helpful. We had a very good time and will gladly return.
