Jasmine is one of the four apartments that are included in the country-house Ca ' Princivalle. It is downstairs, with two private entrances, from both sides of the house, with private area and fence in the garden. You can have breakfast in the morning outside feeling in harmony with nature. In the evening you can relax in the fresh air of the valley sitting down and reading a book or the news on your tablet. The wifi is free and high-speeded. Near the house, you can enjoy the pool (11 x 4 meters long, 1.50 meters deep). Ca ' Princivalle is a mid 18th century farmhouse that has recently been renovated in keeping with the style of the rustic rooms, 6 km from the sea and 3 km from the city centre (Pesaro). We have just returned from a wonderful week at Ca'Princivalle. Ground floor apartment is perfect for 4 people. Bedrooms are good. Bathroom is fine with good water pressure in shower which we always appreciate. Kitchen is small but big enough to cook (just). Liked the mosquito protection on the windows. No air con (although Andrea brought us fans over as we had a heatwave whilst staying) but the walls are thick and the house was cooler in than out. Where this place really shines is the outside facilities.... they exceeded our expectations.... big big garden spaces, several bbq areas, hammocks, seating, views... table tennis and table football tucked away at one end. Truly lovely pool with stunning views and lots of sunbeds. You definitely need a car but the drive to Pesaro is easy and quick and there are local restaurants which are closer (but not walking distance.) So peaceful and very relaxing. The owners live on site and are friendly helpful people, happy to help with questions and advice. Highly recommend this place... suitable for families with young children or older ones too, and lots to see and do in the area. Thanks Chiara and Andrea for making us feel welcome.

Vlakbij Pesaro maar toch zo in de natuur, is dit prachtig gerestaureerde landhuis een absolute aanrader! De ligging van deze accomodatie is gunstig: 15minuten met de auto naar zandstranden, 10 autominuten van een grote supermarkt, 15 autominuten van het oude centrum van Pesaro. Wij (familie met 5 volwassenen en 2 jonge kinderen) hebben hier gedurende 2 weken (juni 2014) bijzonder genoten van alles wat het noorden van de Marken te bieden heeft. De appartementen waren uitstekend verzorgd. 1x per week fris badlinnen- en beddengoed. Er is overal goed internet, zelfs bij het zwembad! Ook de aanwezigheid van horren is een groot pluspunt. Er is een gemeenschappelijke wasmachine aanwezig. Rondom het huis is veel speelruimte waar kinderen heerlijk zichzelf kunnen vermaken. Het door een hekje afgebakende zwembad ligt iets verder van het huis af wat voor ouders een extra geruststelling geeft. De uitzichten op het omringende heuvellandschap zijn prachtig. De eigenaren zijn uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk. In de gemeenschappelijke recreatieruimte liggen kaartjes en informatiebrochures van de regio, ideaal voor culturele-recreatieve en culinaire daguitstapjes. Wij hebben genoten! It is recommended the car. How to get to Pesaro: connections are fast and comfortable both from the North or South of Italy. The highway A14 is at the gates of the city with a dedicated exitt. The road "Adriatic Highway" goes around the city. Also rail links are excellent: the railway station, close to the center and the sea, is well served by trains that connect the north, through the Bologna railway junction, with the south and the towns of the Adriatic coast. The airports of Rimini and Ancona are a few tens of kilometers.
