Ho prenotato l’appartamento per alcuni amici in visita a Roma. È pulito, confortevole e molto curato nei dettagli. La zona è centralissima, a due passi dalla metropolitana e dai supermercati. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e ci ha accolto con simpatia e gentilezza.

Buongiorno
Ho soggiornato presso l'appartamento di Nina. Prima di prenotare io le mie amiche abbiamo letto le recensioni. Tutte ottime ne do la conferma! Ambiente confortevole, curato nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è buona facilmente raggiungibile. Isa la titolare è una vera forza della natura, cordiale, simpatica vi farà sicuramente sentire a casa vostra! Grazie per l'ospitalità se passerò da Roma sicuramente tornerò da Isa! Consigliatissimo

Great Apartment, Great Location, Lovely Caretaker
The apartment itself is wonderfully and surprisingly quiet, especially considering it's so near the Vatican and lots of other tourist attractions. We were able to get most places on foot, but the subway is close for anyone who'd rather not walk. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the lady who takes care of the apartment is amazing. She gave us a map with lots of nearby things written out, told us the best places to eat, how to get around, and was available by phone in case we had any more questions. I can heartily recommend it.

Pulito e accogliente
Ho prenotato questo b&b per una coppia di amici che venivano per la prima volta a Roma. Isabella è stata fin da subito molto gentile nell’assecondare le loro richieste per il check-in. La casa è pulita, confortevole e ben curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, inoltre è ben collegata con la zona più centrale di Roma.

Vivere Roma fuori dal caos
Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti ad inizio gennaio. L’appartamento è situato in zona Prati a 3 minuti dalla metro (fermata Cipro) e da un supermercato aperto 24h. In poco più di 10 minuti si raggiunge a piedi Piazza San Pietro.
La proprietaria ci ha contattato prima della partenza per concordare l’orario del check-in e ci ha fatto trovare un lettino per nostra figlia di 1 anno e mezzo. L’appartamento è ben organizzato, molto
silenzioso e con tutti i comfort per soggiornarvi più giorni.Piuttosto semplice trovare il parcheggio (anche non a pagamento). Vivamente consigliato, anche per la cortesia della proprietaria.

Vicino la metro e ai Musei Vaticani, l'appartamento è comodo, spazioso e arrdato con gusto. La proprietaria gentilissima, tutto perfetto per un ottimo soggiorno nella città più bella del mondo

Misleading advertising
This hotel will charged you for cleaning fee for €50.00 and €7.00 hotel fee on top of your daily fee. So be preferred , this extra fee is not specified on TripAdvisor website, but the owner of the apartment had showed us the contract written in Italian language which indicated that cleaning fee must be charged, but the TripAdvisor ads did not indicated this. Owner of the apartment called TripAdvisor and they accepted that this their error.. so iam trying to request TripAdvisor to refund the €50.00 to me since they acknowledge their error... so be careful, when booking this apartment..
