We loved it!
We spent a weekend in Rome in November and our stay in JAZZ style home was everything we ever hoped it would be. The owner was helpful and met us at the property at the arranged time during check in. He explained to us how everything was supposed to work in the property and gave us some extra tips. The property is within walk-in distance the Trastevere, around 15 mins walking and there is also a bus stop just next to the property which is very convenient. You will find a coffee shop as soon as you come out the property. Pastries and cappuccinos are amazing! We had breakfast there every morning, it was so convenient! Everything was clean and tidy. Heating worked perfectly fine. We would love to stay at this property again!

Un super Attico magnifico
Una appartamento veramente bello, la giusta atmosfera per rilassarsi, vasca idromassaggio con radio e luci, luce particolare nell'appartamento per creare una atmosfera suggestiva, un bel terrazzo tra i tetti di Roma. Great host & location
Roberto the host was polite, friendly & offered his help anytime we needed, the apartment had all mod cons, it was a 5 min tram/bus ride from the centre,quiet extremely cheap area to live in, with friendly shop/bar owners surrounding. It should be rated 5 stars, soo glad we booked here & not a hotel, we will be back!!

Estuve alojado en esta buhardilla durante una semana con mi mujer y he de decir que es tal cual publican en las fotos. No le falta ni un detalle,la decoración exquisita y tienen una luz especial que si dejas a oscuras la habitación, se ven los dibujos del techo. El jacuzzi impresionante, con cromoterapia y música (puedes conectar la tuya propia), la ducha también con chorros y luz. La TV tiene Internet, hay WIFI bastante potente y la terracita es perfecta para cenar si te hace buen tiempo. La situación es perfecta para descansar del jaleo y de las masas de gente del centro. Es un barrio tranquilo y hay farmacias, supermercados, sitios para cenar y transporte público. El tranvía que te deja justo en el centro para detrás, por lo que en 10 min estás en Piazza Venezia y andando llegas en 15 min al Trastevere, y con el bus 3B estás en el metro de Pirámide en nada. Una zona segura si quieres pasear por la noche. Os recomiendo las pizzas que hacen justo debajo (una parejita de China, que son muy majos) y están muy bien de precio. No es un hotel, por lo que nadie nos molestó en toda la semana. Si teníamos alguna duda, wassap al propietario y lo solucionaba enseguida. Recomiendo este sitio si buscáis un alojamiento tranquilo y acogedor en Roma. Agradecer a Roberto su amabilidad.
