And the neighborood is a truly Roman district, where you can breathe the pulsing life of the real Trastevere. And at the same, time being so close to anything you look forward to seeing in this town out of time.
From the flat there is nothing really off limits.
And hardly you can find a top floor in Rome that is accessible by lift and offers you a view at almost 360° over Rome.
I have spent many years abroad and I love travelling, and I am totally aware of how valuable is the help of a local. It makes you live the place at a different level of a simple tourist.
Rome is the city where I live and that I love. It gives me happiness to make my guests love it too. I always do my best to accomodate their requests and make their stay as enjoyable and exciting as possible. It will be a pleasure to share my experience and tips with the guests.
The flat is located in the most authentic corner of Trastevere: quiter, cousy, vibrant, kissed by the Tiber river, and very central.
Just point your destination from the terrace and then walk to it: the Tiber Island, the Jewish Ghetto, the fancy Spanish Steps and Via Condotti, the Roman Forum, and the famous flees market of Porta Portese just around the corner.
It is not feasible to list the restaurants that you can find walking around the flat. From the very popular and typical hostaria starred in the main tourist books to the really authentic trattoria and pizzeria that only the locals know.
And if you wish a drink in a trendy bar or a chat with a glass of wine in your hand in a little square, it is difficult to chose among so many!

Vito’s apartment was perfect for us! Excellent location with dining and grocery stores within walking distance. We also easily walked to many major “must see” locations each day.
The terrace was the best! Ate breakfast every morning with sun and light breezes.
We would come back in a heartbeat! ❤️

Everything we expected and could have wished for!
This was our 25th Wedding Anniversary trip original scheduled for September 2020. Vito was very understanding that we had to re-scheduled on two occasions, but we finally made it, May 2020.
We spent five nights here and were really pleased with our choice. It is located in quite a residential area, but with plenty of bars and trattoria nearby. The addition of having a private outdoor space was amazing given sunny clear blue skies, a real haven after being out all day. So either catching the afternoon sun or a glass of wine whilst looking out over Rome to the dome of the Basilica of Saint Peter, was a real treat.
All the main attractions are within walking distance - Colosseum about 30 minutes, Vatican about 40, though we did often get the bus out and then wander back.
All the night life that Trastevere has to offer is a ten minutes walk away - just far enough not to be intrusive.
Right next to the apartment is Bar Terra Satis - brilliant for morning coffee & croissants with the locals, and late night cocktails too. Of the local trattoria our last evening meal was at Puntarella - food and wine were both the best that we encountered.
Would I recommend to family & friends? I have already.
Would I go back? Definitely.
Thanks to Vito for helping to make this trip so special.

Sehr schönes Apartment
Das Apartment von Vito ist sehr günstig gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet, für 2 Personen von der Größe her perfekt, und sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz dieser Lage ist es erstaunlich ruhig! Die große, Richtung Gianicolo und Petersdom ausgerichtete Terrasse ist wirklich fantastisch. Vito ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war 1a. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Outstanding
Do not stay anywhere else when you visit Rome. Vito is the perfect host and his small apartment is superb.
Communication with Vito was quick and helpful right from our first enquiry. He arranged for our airport transfers which were seamless.
The apartment is in the best location. Every place you would want to visit is close by. The views from the roof terrace are outstanding.
The apartment is spotless. The bed very comfortable, just what you need after a day sightseeing.
There are many fabulous restaurants within a couple of minutes of the apartment. Vito met us when we arrived and gave us lots of useful information. He has provided a welcome folder with even more information.
We really hope to return. Thank you Vito.

Excellent apartment
The apartment was an ideal base to explore Rome. The view from the terrace is stunning. The apartment was comfortable and had all necessary equipment, although cooking really isn't required. Vito welcomed us warmly and arranged cars from and to the airport which arrived promptly. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Quiet and clean room on top of a Building. Very friendly host who takes Care of you. Parking around the corner of at the Trainstation (100mtr). Ideal place for visiting Arezzo. Thank you Fiorella

Lovely and convenient
My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 3 days as our kick-off to 3 weeks in Italy. We loved everything about it from the smooth 5 floor elevator ride, to the beautiful, modern decor, the fabulous shower, and the relaxing terrace with absolutely the best view of Rome. We enjoyed being in the very walkable Trastavere neighborhood. Be sure to take at least one meal at “Le Mani in Pasta“ Ostereia a very short walk from the apartment. We highly recommend this Apartment.

Incredible flat with incredible views
I booked this flat for my wife’s 40th birthday trip to Rome. The terrace was a real draw for me when I booked, knowing my wife likes a ‘room with a view’. Fair to say the rooftop terrace did not disappoint with the panoramic views it offered.
The flat was compact, but very well designed and was equipped with everything we required for our 3 night stay.
The location of the flat was fantastic. Trastevere was highly recommended to me as a great place to stay and the flat was ideally placed to access the many bars, restaurants and indeed the many tourist attractions within the city.
Vito was a great host and organised transport from the airport to the flat on arrival and for returning to the airport at the end of our trip.
I would highly recommend this flat for anyone looking to stay in Rome and I would definitely book again myself should I return to Rome.

we love there service which they provide to us !
We are family booked this place because we loved to see the city top the floor. Its very nice panoramic view in Rome which we enjoyed too in our trip. Best and good place to stay with silent environment.

Best view in Rome!
The apartment was fabulous. Ideal location for us, in a quiet street, ten minutes easy walk to a really well stocked supermarket (Conad). Easy walking distance for all the central Rome sightseeing musts.... Several restaurants very close by that are all without exception well reviewed on Tripadvisor ... so make your own choice!
The owner, Vito, kept in touch at every stage of the booking and was very nice to deal with. The necessary instructions were easy to follow with regard to getting to the apartment and entry, plus there was a really comprehensive book inside informing you about everything from aircon, Sky TV, restaurant suggestions and where to take the rubbish. The bed was comfy and Vito had provided towels and plenty pillows! Nick, who let us in to the apartment, showed us where the washing machine was - Vito had even provided soap powders. There were a few condiments and some Nespresso coffee pods, tea bags and ground coffee.
Now for the most important thing..... the View ... even during the terrific thunder storm we experienced, it was magnificent. More than a 180 degree vista - from the one side of the Vatican all the way round to the nearby river where at night we could see the lights of the Circus Maximus (there was a lighting check while we stayed for a concert that was to be held the following day after our visit...).
