Bright light pours into the livings space from the glass doors in each room. The new polished flooring throughout compliments the colorful interiors. There are 3 bedrooms, one in shades of red, one in in white and the other in blue. Bedrooms have air condition, safe deposit box and ultra modern en-suite bathrooms with showers; the interiors of the bathrooms have been matched with the individual colours of the bedrooms. In the living room there is a big sofa. accommodates up to 10 people. An ideal relaxing apartment to come home to after an exciting day spent walking around the eternal city. Car parking in the area is easier than other parts of Rome as there are some free parking areas and others that cost 1 euro per hour. Bikram Yoga centre just five minutes wlking from the apartment. Very well connected with buses and trains, anyway it is located walking distance to the main important sites of the city.Modern and comfortable, perfect location 5 minutes walking to S. Peter's Dome, 10 minutes walking to Gianicolo, 15/20 minutes walking to Campo de' Fiori and Piazza Navona. Wi fi all over the apartment. Extra costs to be payed cash at arrival Rome tourism tax 6 euro per person per night Late check in (after 9pm) 50 euro Important: at arrival you'll be asked to show your passports in order to send the information to the police (as per Italian law requirements) City Center-Walking distance from the major points of interest of the city but out of the hustle and bustle of the hystorical centre of Rome.Safe and residential area there are plenty of typical shops, groceries and freak food shops. Just down the apartment a very famous bread and pizza shop. Just around the corner there are many bus stops, and a small urban train station that leads you to Fiumicino, to a big Commercial area and to the termini and Ostiense station.

Großzügige Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig ca. 5 Minuten zum Petersdom. Wir haben morgens in einer Bar ca. 2 Minuten entfernt sehr gut gefrühstückt. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 3 Paare, da jeder ein Bad für sich hat. Die Möblierung ist einfach, aber sie diente uns ja nur als Übernachtungsort. Francesca ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie hat uns z. B. ein Großraumtaxi für die Flughafentransfers besorgt und die Abholung war pünktlich und der Preis gut.

Appartamento dalla posizione invidiabile, luminoso, pulito e ben arredato. Francesca è sempre gentile e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema o ad aiutare in caso di bisogno. La cucina ha tutto e la zona relax é molto accogliente. La libreria è piena di guide che possono essere consultate ;) Grazie!

Posizione fantastica, casa nuova, arredamento incantevole
Vengo spesso a roma, ma è la prima volta che trovò un posto dove dormire così perfetto, per posizione (al centro) vicino alla stazione San Pietro, a pochi metri da San Pietro. I letti sono comodissimi, uno dei pochi posti dove riesco a dormire bene, accoglienza ottima, arredamento perfetto è tutto nuovo. Lo consiglio vivamente

Great position
This was a great place to stay. It was so close to everything, all within walking distance. Great restaurants close by as well. Highly recommend it...

The apartment is located in Vatican area Just five minutes walking to St.Peter's Basilica. Quite and safe, residential area. There Are many restaurants and bar but it's not night area. There Are many buses Just around The corner but you can go walking to The most important points of interest of The city. Bikram Yoga centre is just ten minutes walking from the apartment. 20 minutes walking from the apartment there is a big park called Villa Pamphili for jogging lovers or if you would like to organize a picnic during your stay. There is a supermarket open 24 hours just five minutes walking from the apartment. The most amazing view of the city, Gianicolo hill, is located just 15 minutes walking from the apartment

There are many bus stops just around the corner anyway you can go walking everywhere

From FIUMICINO airport - taxi costs 50 euro up to 4 people - train costs 8 euro per person and there is a small station called stazione san pietro Just 2 minutes walking to The apartment -I can book on request private transfert. Private transfert by minivan costs 90 euro ( max 8 people) Private transfer by car (max 4 people small lugagges) 60 euro from Civitavecchia port: - private transfert on request 200 euro - train to S. Peter station 9 euro per person from Termini station : - bus 64 1,5 euro - train to Saint Peter station 1euro - taxi around 20 euro
