A perfect apartment in walking distance of all Romes main attractions
My husband and I was more than pleased with the location of this apartment. Beautifully set out in a beautiful area. Excellent value for money and Maurizio, owner of the property was more than helpful. He arranged a car to pick us up from the airport to take us straight to the apartment which was nice. He also gave us great tips on the best places to eat out and see. We had a truly memorable stay and if we were to return to Rome we would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

Oase mitten in der Stadt
Die kleine Wohnung in einer wunderbaren grünen und ruhigen Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein wunderbarer Alimentari ist in nächster Nähe. Die kleine Küche verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Allerdings haben wir für die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine keine Kaffeefilter bekommen. Das Appartement war sauber. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war allerdings schwach. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfreich.Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt. Bei einem weiteren Rom-Aufenthalt würden wir gern wieder hier wohnen.

Simple clean and quiet location
All we needed in an apartment. It was nice to escape the noise of rome. Other than charming bell rjnging from a bearbye church, it was completely quiet. We liked sipping wine in the cute courtyard, even though it was very cold.
Close to all famous sites and shops. We walked everywhere easily, thanks to a map from the lovely Maurizio.
Tip.. dont go wild with electricty and have dishwasher and washing machine on at the same time, as it shorts the power.
Good heating and plenty of hot water. We liked cooking our own meals in the kitchen.
Bed was a bit hard and pillows a little flat. Still slept well, as so quiet.
Overall, we loved this sweet apartment, tucked behind buildings and very private. Maurizio was lovely and a good communicator. A lovely laugh and good humour about our many suitcases. We recommend this apartment for a family or couple.

Great location & apartment facilities
This is the second time we have stayed at this inner Rome apartment, the first being in Dec/Jan 2014-2015. The apartment is heated, well furnished, comfortable and is in a great location, being within walking distance to all the major attractions (e.g. Colosseum; The Forum; Trevi Fountain). Maurizio was so helpful, organizing airport transfers. Because the apartment is in a gated community we felt safe and it was very quiet. The nearby mini-mart sells excellent cheese - just ask for Lorenzo who speaks perfect English. Highly recommend the apartment.
