The flat is located in one of the best areas of Rome. The Spanish Steps are located only 8-10 minutes by Bus (No. 80 express) from the nearby Piazza Istria or by Metro B1 from nearby Piazza Annibaliano. The Termini Station is just 2.5 km (about 10 minutes direct bus lines n.38-n.310 – to the stop Istria and Trieste) The neighbourhood is surrounded by restaurants, bars, wine bar, every kind of shops and there are many good supermarkets within short walking distance. Nearby, in less than 10-15 minutes walk, there’s Villa Ada, Villa Borghese, Villa Torlonia with its new Polo Museum, the Mausoleum of Santa Costanza (which contains ancient mosaics ) and the Basilica of St. Agnes (with Catacombs paleo-Christian), the Catacombs of St. Priscilla, the University “Luiss” and the City University “La Sapienza” of Rome.
