We live in the same building, and guests can always contact us, for any information, from 8am since 9pm (unless there is a real emergency!)
We like welcoming guests personally, unless we are out of Rome, and saying good bye when they leave.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you like :)

Great location with all amenities close by. Apartment was clean and well stocked. Owners were very accommodating. Three blocks from the Vatican with many restaurants and convenience stores in the same area.
Would highly recommend to family and friends.
Nice apartment, conveniently located. Three adults had more than enough room and privacy. Kitchen is functional. Good pizza place (only takeout) across from the Carrefour grocery store. Owner's recommendations for restaurants were very good.
Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our week in this apartment. Giovanna and Eduardo were both very helpful and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning felt great after a long day of walking in the heat. The apartment is nicely furnished...More

We are close to St. Peter, the centre of Catholicism. But even if you are not catholic you can appreciate the history, and the art of our site. You can see where and how the pope was taking refuge in case of danger (Castel S. Angelo), but also all the magnificence of his power (Sistine Chapel). And you can find ancient Rome in any corner of our modern one, (Castel S. Angelo itself was the grave of Emperor Hadrian). Not enough: climate (Roman people go out every day, and every night through all the year). fabulous landscapes, food and wine, delicious to buy and cook yourself or to taste in the restaurants and last but not least fun. There is always something to do in Rome, theatre, music, and events everywhere for adults and children.
