Tolle Wohnung in Top-Lage, fußläufig zum Vatikan/Petersdom. Super sauber, sehr netter Vermieter-perfekt für die Städte-Reise! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Rom. Von Francesco würden wir mehr als freundlich begrüsst, alles hatte er für uns für kleines Geld organisiert. Die Wohnung ist von der Innenausstattung, so als wenn man zu Hause wäre. Nichts fehlte! Er hatte auch Kaffee und Frühstücksteilchen für die nächsten Tage für uns besorgt . Auch eine Liste von leckeren Restaurants hat er für uns zusammengestellt, wie auch eine Liste für die vielen Sehenswürdigketen Roms . Francesco hat ebenfalls eine Tour für uns in den Vatikan + vatikanisches Museeum für uns gebucht, damit wir nicht Stunden anstehen mussten. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, man konnte nach einer intensiven Tagestour richtig ausspannen. Trotzdem so zentral, das wir alles erlaufen konnten. Wir mussten nur einmal den Bus nehmen( Kolosseum - er hat es uns gut aufgeschrieben). Falls wir wieder Rom besuchen, werden wir bei ihm buchen. Bequeme Betten, schönes Bad und eine Küche, die alles hat. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

We stayed in Francesco's place early May. We were very pleased with the facilities. It is a modern comfortable apartment very well located from main tourist attractions, safe and quiet. We found Francesco very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely not hesitate to contact him for any future stay in Rome.

L'appartement est très propre, les chambres sont grandes, petit déjeuner prévu pour notre arrivée. Métro à 2 minutes comme les musées du Vatican . Francesco est très accueillant et donne de bons conseils pour les restaurants, les transports ou les visites de quartier. nous y avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos enfants :-)

Apartamento muy bonito,limpio, muy espacioso.Francesco es una persona muy amable y simpatico como su pareja, nos dio informacion sobre Roma y tuvierón un bonito detalle el dia de llegada, teniamos una botella de vino muy bueno para nosotros y nos dejarón desayuno para toda la semana. El apartamnento esta en una zona ideal, al lado del Vaticano. El metro esta en la misma calle y la zona esta llena de restaurantes y supermercados ( carrefour, por ejemplo ). El centro esta a 2 paradas del metro, pero si se quiere ir andando esta mucho mas cerca por que es en linea recta.Sin duda si volvemos a Roma repitiremos sin pensarlo. Appartement très propre, bien situé en ville pourtant très calme. Très bonne literie. Francesco est très accueillant et pense même au petit déjeuné du 1er jour ;) Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

L'appartement de Francesco est idéalement placé, près du Vatican, du Chateau St Ange et à 20 mn à pied du centre historique.Il y a un Metro tout près et 2 arrêts de bus bien utiles pour aller partout dans Rome, le 23 et le 492. Nous avons fait nos courses au superbe Marché tout proche et apprécié les bons restaurants du quartier.Les nuits sont calmes car l'appartement donne sur l'arrière, celui ci est très propre, agréable et clair.Il convient bien pour 2 couples ou une famille de 5. Francesco nous a accueillis très gentiment et a su se montrer efficace et rapide quand nous avons eu un problème de clés. Il est aussi de bon conseil pour visiter Rome, nous sommes très contents de notre séjour chez lui et recommandons son appartement.

It is a very nice quiet apartment. Francesco is very friendly and helpful and helped us with restaurant and taxi bookings. It is well located particularly vis-a-vis the Vatican and is near a Metro station. There are some supermarkets nearby as well as small late-open grocery shops. The apartment is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. The only real problem for us was that in the very hot 40 degree weather we experienced, there was no air-conditioning but there were two good fans which helped.
