The trip was originally booked in 2020, however the world went into lockdown for the best part of 18 months. We kept our booking with Luca, and kept in contact.
Well, finally we got to Rome. The apartment in the pictures looked 5 star, but we would give 10 stars!. Firstly a great location, the apartment was clean and luxurious.
All amenities worked well, provisions and local shops, restaurants and bars on door step.
Luca arranged the transfers to and from the airport, and Luca's friend met us and spent time to explain the apartment, its facilities and the local sights and information.
We were a party of six adults, plenty of room, 3 toilets 3 showers (1 ensuit, 2 separate)
All round a great place to stay.

Comfort and elegance 😊😊
We have just had a perfect stay in this apartment the location is just right. Spacious and comfortable with great beds ensuring a great nights sleep, just what you need after a busy day exploring Rome. We had a lovely lady show us around, and give us some great tips on getting the best Rome has to offer. Thank you we made some memories we will treasure and this apartment was pivotal in making our ladies trip to The Eternal city perfect.

A Home from home
We (myself and my two adult daughters) have just returned to Dublin from a long weekend in Rome.
While there we were based at Le Grazie a Trastevere which is a perfect location from which to explore the Eternal City.
On arrival (the owner Luca had arranged transport from the airport) we were briefed on the accommodation, on the city and on the Trastevere locale by a lady called Giulia who also brought to our attention certain less well known local gems. It was a perfect way to start.
For the following three days we walked everywhere - it's all within easy reach. It was great to return to the lovely apartment in the evening and to share "another bottle of wine" on the balcony..
Le Grazie a Trastevere is very beautiful and well equipped accommodation. I have no hesitation in recommending it to those who might seek "a home from home" to enhance a Roman Holiday

"AMAZING"
The apartment is even better than the photos. So spacious and well equipped. 3 large bedrooms, one of which is on suite. The location is perfect. About 100metres from The Garibaldi bridge. Just across the road from Trastevere's main shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere. Luca (the owner) was extremely helpful. He arranged our transfers and booked a taxi for our Vatican visit (only needed taxi cos of early start). When we return to Rome, we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Perfect!
Just returned from a short stay. The apartment was perfect in every way. Lots of space, felt very Italian and in a perfect location. It was very easy to walk to all the main sites Rome has to offer. There was also all you need on your doorstop in Trastevere - beautiful bakeries, lovely restaurants, pharmacies etc. We were greeted by a lovely lady who gave us lots of advice and tips to get the most out of our stay. Would totally recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a break in Rome.

Perfect location just over the Tiber away from the crowds
Highly recommended. We had a fantastic stay in Rome and this apartment made for a great family holiday. Perfect location just over the Tiber on the edge of Trastevere. It was far bigger than the photos suggest and a pleasure to get to after a tiring day. Guilia was delightful and extremely helpful on our arrival.
Ciao Luca.

Spacious Apartment, Great location
We spent 10 days in this lovely apartment. We have visited Rome often but this was our first time in Trastevere and we loved it. The apartment itself is just as shown in the photos, very spacious and comfortable. There were only two of us but the apartment would very comfortably accommodate at least six as there are three big double bedrooms and three showers/toilets.We really appreciated the lift and never had to wait for it. Luca was great but instantly contactable by text if required and it was a real plus to be able to check out late for our evening flight. The apartment is just down the road from the bridge over the Tiber and the tram stop is just outside so you can be in the centre of Rome in two tram stops or a 10-20 minute walk. On the other side of the road is the main route into Trastevere itself which is crammed full of lively bars and restaurants and lovely just to stroll through. We found great restaurants at every price level so didn't really use the well equipped kitchen in the apartment. The only thing to be aware of is that as you are on a main road and tram route there is some traffic noise but you are unlikely to find anywhere in Rome without some level of noise and this wasn't an issue for us. All in all a great apartment in a fantastic location.

Fabulous spacious apartment in a vibrant area full of shops and restaurants. Luca was so helpful and organised transport to the airport for everyone at different times. Would stay here again.

We adored Le Grazie a Trastevere. It is every bit as beautiful as shown in the pictures and was so spacious for our group of 5 adults. The apartment has everything you need and is the perfect location. It is the nicest of all the lovely Rome apartments we have stayed in. Luca was a wonderful host, so helpful and all the arrangements went like clockwork, including transfers to and from the airport. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location
We loved our stay. The location is awesome--we had coffee every morning in a charming piazza. The apartment was centrally located with easy access to all the sights. At the same time, the Trastevere location was enough off the tourist path that we felt we were staying a real neighborhood.
