Ho trovato un bel appartamento pulito e spazioso,una splendida cittadina abbiamo visitato il centro il lungomare la cattedrale, mare pulito e una settimana di sole.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette petite maison de ville en plein mois d'août à Gaeta. La maison se trouve en plein dans une rue piétonne avec de nombreux commerces à proximité. N'ayant pas de voiture, nous avons pu faire nos déplacements à pieds sans problèmes. La maison est très propre, et très confortable bien qu'ayant beaucoup d'escaliers, et il y a accès à une très belle et très grande terrasse. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Paolo, qui nous a fait visité la maison et a répondu très précisément à toutes nos questions.

We were lucky enough to rent this very centrally located place in Gaeta in peak season. Paolo was quick to reply to all our questions and problems before and during our stay and was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed there with our two little kids and except that you have to climb up quite some steep stairs it was lovely. it was important to us that we could move around without car. From Formia station you can take a taxi or bus. Within seconds you are right within the lively via independenza which is full of shops and places to eat. you have a bus stop within reach from where you can get on a hop on/hop off bus that takes you to the beaches further away. However you can also reach the closer beaches by walking 15-20 min. all in all a very italian and recommendable place to stay

My partner and I spent 5 nights at this lovely, comfortable property. We were met by Sharon and Fillipo....who showed us around and informed us that Fillipo had renovated the whole property himself!!! What a magnificent job he did!! Such a pretty house....with basic but comfortable furniture. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level which overlooks the living/ dining area....looking over the balcony.....very pretty. There is a small 2nd bedroom with wardrobe....however....a lovely surprise was that there is a sweet little terrace, which was lovely to sit on of an evening. This is a very clean comfortable house.....very central to the main area of Gaeta......with a supermarket directly across the street.....very handy!! We found Gaeta to be a really pretty but very quiet place....with lovely friendly people and some very tasty food. There is a small fish market on the main road....with a number of stalls, selling some fabulous seafood at very reasonable prices. We especially enjoyed the Hermes bar....as you can sit outside....overlooking the sea and hills.....beautiful!! If anyone is considering a holiday here.....this is an ideal place to stay.....we would recommend it to anyone.
