There is another bedroom with 2 single beds and a fourth bedroom with single bed. These last two bedrooms are interior, and both overlook the dining room. From the kitchen dining room you access the terrace, facing the sea, where you can enjoy the sea breeze. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner, as well as a sofa and two armchairs. The kitchen is completely new, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay: fridge with freezer, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, dishes, etc. If you need to rent 2 houses, check with us, because we also rent the house right in front of you. If you wish to enter the apartment before 4:00 pm, or leave after 11:00 am, check availability. Tickets after 20:00 will have a surcharge of € 25. No entries are made after 24:00. If for a greater reason the entry has to be made after 24:00 hours, there will be an additional surcharge of € 25 for each half hour or fraction. The rules to respect are the following: - Do not smoke inside the house. - Do not hold parties or celebrations. - Do not disturb the neighbors, mainly between 10pm and 9am. - Do not tend on the balcony that faces the street - Do not leave the air conditioning running when you are not in the house. - Treat the house as if it were your own.
