This is a well-equipped property in an excellent location. Based on an established Urbanisation (built 6 years ago), this property offers comfort and value.

It has been maintained to a high standard and enhanced so that it can be fully utilised. Whether you want a week or two in the summer or looking for a longer break and get a bit of Autumn / Winter / Spring sun, this property suits everyone, whether you are just a couple, a family or maybe a couple of families.

This is a residential area and so ideally suited to people who want a peaceful, relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle.

As the Property Owner I will deal with your enquiry and liaise with you up until you are due to arrive. I have been renting out our property for many years and so have answers to the majority of questions you may have. I will also ensure you have everything in order to locate the property - we haven't lost anyone yet - and also ensure you know how to contact our key-holder for them to meet you on arrival. While at the property the key-holder is your main contact but I am only ever a call / message away if needed. Afterwards I will then be in touch to get your feedback and arrange the return of your deposit.

There are good & bad points with this apartment. Bad points are a lot of the kitchen equipment was dirty ie.A dirty wine glass with red wine marks which had not been washed but put back in cupboard.Dirty knives with food still on it (see pic).Dirty tumbler in bathroom with toothpaste inside ,dirty bin & grease all over the shelfs...

I know this is something Janette is very hot on and does check glassware, cutlery, etc as part of her standard clean. I certainly would have preferred to have known about this at the time...

back nearly a week from our holiday were we stayed in this lovely apartment can't recommend this place enough so clean,well situated,good size, sleeps six comfortably lovely beaches & surrounding area wld definitely go back

A lovely clean and tidy apartment. It has everything you could possibly need with a Aldi at the bottom of the road. There is a bus service near by if you wanted to into town or go to the beach which is only 15 or so minutes by bus or taxi. If you want to stay at the apartment there...

The property is spacious and versatile - whether you are a larger group or just a couple, you will appreciate the space the apartment offers. If you want a quiet night in, you can watch your favourite UK channels, watch a DVD having maybe cooked a meal in the well-equipped kitchen. The two bathrooms are a godsend for larger groups, no queuing! The enclosed terrace is also brilliant - you can feel like your outside but yet be inside. Whether you want to eat on the terrace, or maybe sit out there and read a book or listen to some music, this is an area of the apartment that can now be used all year round no matter the weather.

We also offer a 'fair deal for parents' - this means that we don't put our prices up to coincide with school holidays. Therefore, for example, rates for Easter, Whitsun, etc are the same price as the rest of the month that the holiday falls in.

We will calculate an exact price dependent upon the exact no. of days and in which season the dates are. Therefore, if your stay spans more than one season the price will reflect this. Rates are based on 1-week stays but for longer stays we offer excellent discounts.

Long-term rentals are also welcome and we will offer you a rate to reflect the length, time of year and size of your group.

About the neighborhood
The advantage of this Urbanisation is that you have it all close at hand but you don'tt have it on your doorstep - if you want fun, a lively nightlife, etc then it is all there for you. If you prefer a quieter life then it is far enough way from everything else that it doesn't disturb you. You have quieter commercial centres like Via Park III and Via Park V close at hand, as well as several supermarkets. In terms of activities, several beaches are all just a few minutes away as well as a wide variety of other things to do.
Getting around
While we recommend a car, it depends how you plan to spend your time here. If you want to explore the area then a car is easiest but you can easily use taxis and the area is on a local bus route.

Alicante Airport is just 40 mins away, Murcia San Javier 25 mins and new Murcia Corvera International Airport estimated to be approx 50 mins away. The property is easily accessible from the AP-7 motorway or the N332. Comprehensive directions to the apartment are provided.We can arrange transfers from airports if required, alternatively you could use the direct bus service from the airport (Alicante only) which takes you to Torrevieja Bus Station where we could arrange for you to be collected and taken to the apartment. Alternatively, you can drive yourself and if you do rent a car then we are able to recommend an excellent company that offer a great package that is much cheaper than most car rental companies. Better still, people who rent our property qualify for a 10% discount.
