This first floor, self-contained apartment with a balcony facing east and access to the terrace solarium situated on the top floor ,is located in a very popular district of Jardin del Mar V in Torrevieja.
The property comes fully furnished to make you feel like at home.
The lounge contains two sofas , internet connection with a high speed, a TV set (with English and Spanish channels and also a dvd player, and plenty of board games and books to provide all sorts of entertainment. The apartment comes with the American style kitchen equipped with a fridge freezer ,microwave ,ceramic hob, oven, toaster ,food processor, iron & ironing board , and a washing machine . There are sun beds on the terrace ,as well as BBQ perfect for a nice diner outside in the evening .The terrace offers a beautiful view over the local area .
The communal swimming pool is just around the corner from the house
The property is well equipped and immaculately maintained.
Jardin del Mar is situated between the blue and pink salt lakes .There is a cycle path close to the house which leads straight to the Town and the beach .
Supermarkets and shops are easily accessible from the property ,with Carrefour ,Mercadona , Habaneras shopping centre, Aqua -park and bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Town centre with the main beaches is approx. 5 minutes drive or 30 minutes walking .

Due to the current world situation the pool is closed for now , This has been put in place to keep everyone safe but it might change any time , we are just waiting for the government announcement, let's be patient and keep fingers crossed !!!
We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 3 weeks in June.It is ideally situated with swimming pool at your doorstep. There is a large supermarket just 5 minutes walk away and the large Habernaras shopping centre is a 15 minute walk away,the Aquapark and Friday Market are also within walking distance. The apartment itself is bright airy and furnished to a high standard and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more.The owner herself couldn't be more helpful, replied to queries straight away and very kindly organised taxi to pick us up at the apartment. We holiday in Spain every year and must say this apartment ranks as one of the best we have stayed in.We are looking forward to returning.

Fantastyczny!
Świetny apartament w spokojnej dzielnicy. Wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne aby poczuć się jak w domu. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, czysta pościel i ręczniki. Fantastyczny basen w odległości kilku metrów od apartamentu. W okolicy dużo sklepów, rewelacyjna chińska restauracja. Do centrum i na plażę można dojechać autobusem G. Żałuję, że ten pobyt tak szybko minął. Ale pozostały piękne wspomnienia i plany na przyjazd w przyszłym roku. 😀😀

Wonderful holidays
It was a great holiday. The apartment is very atmospheric. I was with my husband, parents and two children. There was a lot of space, we could rest and breathe after a hot day. At home, peace and quiet. The house is equipped with all appliances, dishes, towels, bedding. My husband said he would only take two t-shirts and shorts next time because the rest of the house is at home. A wonderful owner who remotely supports in every situation. The pool just below the house with clean water, cleaned daily. There is also a lifeguard. The district is very calm. Near the bus that goes to the beach and the center, 10 minutes walk to a large shopping center, to La Churrera where you can drink delicious coffee and eat churros. We wholeheartedly recommend resting in this wonderful place.

El piso es maravilloso,dispone de todos los servicios imaginables. Muy completo todo.
Lugar tranquilo,todo a 5 minutos en coche(supermercados, playas...)limpio,agradable.
Contacto con la propietaria excelente.
Ideal para parejas o familias de 3-4 miembros.

BUENA OPCION
Apartamento arreglado y con una gran terraza en el ático para las noches. La dueña puso solución rápida cuando se desmontó el toldo de la terraza y la atención ha sido estupenda.
Por la zona en la que está deberÃa pensar en poner un aire acondicionado minimo para bajar unos grados la casa en los fuertes dÃas de calor, aunque sea pagando un poco más en el alquiler. Los ventiladores cuando hace mucho calor no sirven, solo mueven aire caliente.
Piscina grande y cuidada, muy cerca del apartamento.

Everything we needed
We had a lovely stay in the apartment which had everything we needed and more. The rooftop solarium is great in the afternoon sun. The apartment is near to all amenities, just a short stoll. We had very enjoyable two weeks there.

Apartamento muy tranquilo y confortable
Estuvimos la primera semana de septiembre y volvimos encantados. La zona es muy tranquila y familiar. El apartamento es amplio y tiene de todo. Sobre todo una terraza y otra tipo solarium que son una autentica gozada. Desde las terrazas tienes unas magnificas vistas de la piscina comunitaria. La playa como en muchos sitios de la zona es necesario coger el coche. En resumen, un sitio muy bueno para disfrutar de laa vacaciones

We had a wonderful week in this lovely apartment. It was clean, homely and well equipped. The bed and sofas were comfortable and there were lots of cushions for the balcony chairs. We especially loved sitting on the balcony and rooftop patio with a glass of wine reading our books in the sunshine. We used the built-in BBQ a few times which was fab.
The swimming pool was clean and refreshing and we enjoyed lying on the grassy area next to it. The local supermarket was huge and had a very impressive choice of everything a great holiday needs.

You can get to the apartment from Alicante airport by coach to Torrevieja bus station and take a taxi ( about 5 minutes drive ) or walking distance ( around 30min )or arrange a taxi online ( is always cheaper) for pick up .
