Good Location
Nice little apartment in a good location, close to the beach and not far from bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment was well equipped, everything we needed in the kitchen, beds were comfy and terrace was nice to out on
The only problem was that there was no air conditioning and this made the apartment uncomfortable, especially as the weather was so hot while we were there. Would stay again if there was A/C.

Fab location
This is a really well positioned little apartment, 5 minutes walk from the old town with some lovely little tapas restaurants and lots of history, 5 minutes from the new town and 5 minutes from the beach. There is a market on Saturday which is only a 15 minute walk and there are lots of local supermarkets and amenities. The pool was relatively quiet and very clean and in full sun until around 5.30pm. The apartment was clean and comfortably big enough for 4 adults, the washing machine and clothes dryer meant that we could pack light. The apartment would benefit from a few bits and bobs such as a couple of decent fans, a cool box, a shopping trolley and a beach parasol. These are pricey to buy and too large to take home. We bought a parasol and left it for the next guests. Other than that, it was well equipped. Without air con, it was very hot but we knew that before we booked so really can't complain. The host was there to greet on arrival, sent really good directions and stayed in touch in case we needed her. Overall, I would highly recommend. Calp and the apartment, they were both lovely.

El apartamento es acojedor no le falta de nada tiene lo necesario. La urbanización es tranquila con dos piscinas muy cuidadas. Cathi es una persona excelente da gusto tratar con personas como ella. La única pega es que en el apartamento no hay aire acondicionado o ventiladores de techo para no pasar tanto calor. Volveremos sin duda a pasar unas vacaciones. Muchas gracias Cathi eres un encanto.

Great place to stay
Just had a week with my husband. Apartment is ideally situated for beach and Calpe old town. We had a fantastic week. Apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Complex quiet and other residents very friendly. Will definitely book again when we come back to Calpe. Cathy the owner was great when we arrived. Made us feel very welcome.

El apartamento es muy acogedor.No le falta ni un detalle, tanto en la cocina como en el resto de la casa.Muy cerca de bares,tiendas,supermercados ect. A muy pocos metros de la playa andando. Cathy la propietaria,super amable.Volveremos sin duda. Muchisimos besos Cathy.En general todo muy bien.

Muchisimo calor
mucho calor en el apartamento con solo dos ventiladores de torre el cual hacia uno mucho ruido, las camas incomodas y las almohadas igual.. el apartamento cuando nos duchábamos debe ser por la humedad salÃan gusanos de la ducha.. sin duda no volverÃa a gastarme 400€ con esas condiciones..

Great Place to stay
Schönes Appartment im Erdgeschoss und sehr nah am Strand. Einfach klasse. Der Strand ist sauber und gut zu Fuss erreichbar!
Kontakt war sehr nett und hat schnell geantwortet.

Very well situated appartment
Me and my sister enjoyed a fabulous holiday and stay at this appartment. With two young boys it was great being on the ground floor with two prams to get in and out with. Also felt very safe in the gated complex. The boys really enjoyed splashing about in the pool. The appartment was very clean and just the right size for us. We where very well situated in the middle of all shops. 5 mins to the beach one way and 5 mins to the old town. Would highly reccomend This appartment and look forward to staying again soon.

Pasamos muy buenos dias, apartamento comodo muy bien situado. Cathy estupenda, hablo poco ingles pero nos entendimos bastante bien las dos y desde aqui gracias otra vez Cathy!! En conclusion, nosotros volveriamos sin duda!!
