The villa Linda is perfect, we have great holidays, the situation is very good. If there is anything you contact Stephen, he is very reactive.

We stayed at Villa Linda Sept 2017, three adults and 1 year old. We had a great holiday, villa was fantastic just as described and very clean. A real home from home. Can't wait until next year!

2 weken in dit huis verbleven met 3 volwassenen en een baby. Van alle gemakken voorzien en goed contact met eigenaar over paar kleine zaken. Echt een aanrader voor een familievakantie met lekker zwembad op loopafstand van strand en voorzieningen in Calp.

We have had a fantastic 2 week holiday at Villa Linda! Clean and spacious villa with everything we needed... even food and most convenient a bottle of wine and some beer on arrival. Perfect location with only 10 min walk to many restaurants and the beach. The villa has loads of sitting/eating areas and the garden is beautiful especially at night with all the lights... it becomes magical. The only downfall is we had to leave but we are hoping to come back next year as we love Calpe and Villa Linda.

Villa Linda is a great property in a nice location in Calpe, we thought a car was necessary to get around and about even though supermarkets were quite nearby. The villa itself was very spacious and comfortable with everything catered for. The only negative comment was that the wooden sunloungers were very dated and there was only 3 although the villa caters for 6 people, pool everything else was spotlessly clean and the arrival package was excellent.

Had a fabulous time staying at Villa Linda so much so that we've already booked again for next year! Lovely & clean, several eating areas, great pool & plenty of sun loungers. Great location as only 15-20 minute walk to several supermarkets with a new Aldi being built close by too. Handy for getting bus on main road to take a trip into the old town where the shops & restaurants are plentiful. Only one small drawback is not having AC in the bedrooms but not put us off going back. The manager Wendy was fantastic & even drove us to the tourist information & chemist. Calpe is a lovely area and extremely looking forward to going back next year.

Beautiful villa, wonderful garden and the pool was most welcome in the heat. The villa, pool and garden were immaculate. Its location is far enough from the town to enjoy a quite night but near enough to be able to easily walk to restaurants and 2 large supermarkets. The layout of the villa was cleverly done in that you could dine outside in sun or shade at pretty much ant time of the day.I would rate it the best kept, best kitted out property that I ever rented on any holiday that I've had. I would recommend a car to get the most of the area, the mountain scenery is lovely and worth the effort, it is not very far away and the roads on the mountains are laid back and easy to drive.

I travelled with my mother (65yrs), child (3yrs) and sisters (25-28yrs) to Calpe, in June and stayed at Villa Linda. The villa was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Stunning garden round each side of the property and the photos on the site just did not do it justice. There's lots of seating in the sun and shaded areas which proved invaluable. It's a walk to the town and beach but not too far and my 3 year old could manage it. Overall I was very impressed with the villa. Found it easy to ask questions (which were always answered very quickly) and helpful advice was given which went beyond my high expectations. Cash deposit was given back quickly and with no issues. Fantastic place - highly recommended!

This villa was amazing, great location, loads of space, pool area fab would return again, had the best time thanks.
