Casa Maleet is an excellent large corner townhouse situated in the wonderful complex of El Balcon de Sierra Cortina, with views to Benidorm. Within a short drive you have La Cala de Finestrat, the village of Finestrat and Benidorm, the Benidorm golf courses and two theme parks, Terra Natura and Terra Mitica. This location is ideal for a relaxing family holiday with communal swimming pools and gardens, situated within the gated community.
'El Balcon' is perfectly situated for the popular theme parks of Benidorm and the many beautiful beaches in the area, also on the doorstep of 3 fantastic 18 hole golf courses, the Sierra Cortina Resort benefits from nearby health spa in the Asiana Hotel, a number of tennis/padel courts and a short drive to a wide choice of restaurants and bars.

Fantastic Property - Quite Location
Excellent stay at Casa Alice, really close to a lovely pool that we had almost exclusive use of. Apartment was spotless and had all the facilities you would need. We travelled as 2 couples and frequently got taxis down to the coast or out for a meal, usually costing approx 10-12 euros per trip to Benidorm. Would definitely recommend this property for a wonderful holiday.

Estupendo
Una casa muy bonita,con todas las comodidades y muy bien equipada.
Esta en una zona muy tranquila pero cerca de grandes superficies y playa de poniente en 5 minutos en coche.

Ten out of ten for cleanliness!!
We just had a lovely holiday staying in Casa Maleet wonderfully clean and close to pool. Only 2 slight niggles - firstly the double bed is sagging in the middle so a little uncomfortable and no English channels on TV. Didn't let it spoil our holiday though.

Amazing villa on an amazing urb
I have just returned from 2 weeks at this beautiful villa with my wife 2 daughters and mother-in-law and I really couldn’t find anything to moan about. Anita was very helpful and left us to ourselves to enjoy our holiday. The pool is stunning and the area surrounding was very well maintained. You have your own parking space and electronic gate to enter the car park and the space is about 30mtrs from the front door of villa. A taxi to Benidorm is approx€17-€20,so very easy to get in and out of Benidorm if you wish to visit
It was that nice that I’m hoping to return next July if possible.
5 star service and 5 star property.

Great quiet location
Just got home today, drove from uk, secure reserved parking, choice of 3 pools within 100mtrs.
Beautiful looking villa , electric shutters, great air conditoning.
Fully loaded kitchen
Great location if you like quiet, ten mins drive to levante.
Ideally need a car.

About the neighborhood
The Costa Blanca has many historic places of interest to visit, one of which is the fortress town of Guadalest, one of the final stonghold of the invading Moors. Also there are the Fonts dAlgar a beautiful natural waterfall. Surrounded by mountains the area boasts an all year round micro climate which allows sun worshippers to take to the many sandy beaches. Our Sierra Cortina Resort properties are situated at the foot of the mountain range overlooking Benidorm, just a 10 minute car drive to the beaches of Levante and Poniente, less to the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. We have fantastic 18 hole golf courses, one of which was designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are health spa, tennis/padel courts, two 5 star hotels which are home to magnificent restaurants and bars. Also for children of all ages are the theme parks of Terra Mitica, where there are some of the best rides in the world, Terra Natura, for a taste of cultures from around the world, Mundomar Sea Life Park and Aqualandia waterpark

When travelling from Alicante airport take the AP7 motorway and exit at junction 65A, for Terra Mitica, from here follow the signs to the Asia Gardens Hotel where we can meet you and from here you can follow us to the resort. Should you wish for us to organise a taxi from the airport, just let me know.
