Having arthritis and walking dificulties,i do not why you book an apartment on a hill when you knew this complex was on a hill prior to book,and what is worse to complain about it after.I just don´t understand it!.It must be that you could not get anything like this at that great price,as because not all pools at the complex were available that week you pay a lot cheaper that if they would had been open.70% of my bookings on winnter months are pensioners wich book regular every year,and i never heard them complaining about the hill as much as you did.The small pool was available during your stay.This pool is bigger that some of the main pools on other hotels.You get the sun on it in winnter on the water around 1 pm,but on the grass surrounded area around 11 AM.And on summer months earlyer.If you would had request sunbeds i would had offer them to you as i have for hire at a small charge,like when you requested anything,for example the DVD player wich was fitted on your room in 5 minutes.From the door of your apartment to that pool you can walk without a single stair on the way,only two ramps for disable people cach you on the way.You should ask me and i would had talk you the way to go,can be easily seen anyway.The leaves at the pool must be fall out the trees near the pool because of the wind,but they gets clean daily.The same week as you were here i show lots of people on that pool.some of my familys with childrens were there.I take as they don´t mind the leaves.The management decide the opening and closed times of pools and other services,and as a couple of times they has change the opening or closing dates without notice i can´t advertice the exact dates.I only confirm dates if is 100% sure that will be open.More that 20 reviews mentioned about the pools anyway,so if you are a person wich leave reviews i take as you are a person that read them too,so you should had read thosse other reviews.You were also offer to use a pool on a hotel attached to the complex,From the reception area of your building to that pool all the way is flat except 5 or 7 steps,that pool have free sunbeds.But again you complain as you don´t like the type of people at the hotel.I recomended you next time rent a private villa so you are yourself on the pool,with not leaves,not people getting drunk or 12 years old people around.On that hotel you mainly gets groups of single people on weekens,middle of the week is much quiet. I am very desapointed you only leave two bubbles on this review specially after i done so much for you during your stay as you been demandind a lot more things that mayority of the familys and i always provide you with evrting you ask for.I still thinking you were a lovely couple,nice people,but you new it was a hill before you book.You were offer two pools to use wich you refuse for reasons wich i don´t understand.So i still don´t understand this bad review.
