Both apartments comprise of 2 bedrooms furnished with high quality furniture and are very well equipped. The properties are fully equipped with new modern appliances and are in excellent condition. The indoor space is in total 134 sqm and the terrace is 37sqm. They truly feel like a home away from home with the added bonus of being somewhere warm and sunny.

These top floor properties are directly overlooking one of the infinity pools. With a sofa bed in the lounge, it sleeps 8-10 guests comfortably. These two properties are ideal for large groups or families.

Good relaxing holiday! Pool lovely, there is grass areas around the pool with some shade. Accommodation great, compact inside but outside space great which is where we spent all our time. Only downside is beds are very hard.More

The compulsory 160EUR cleaning charge, includes before arrival and after departure cleaning, will be added to the rental fee. Arrivals and departures outside normal business hours (10 am and 7pm) will be charged at 10€ per hour wait time. Bed linen and towels are provided. A refundable damage deposit of 50€ is added to the rental fee, this will be returned when leaving the properties in good order.There is an additional charge for A/C electricity only. There will be a10€ credit on the A/C meter on your arrival. 10€ should cover a 3 day stay. This is NOT for general electricity, so the lights will not go off in the night etc. Any additional cost for A/C will be deducted from the damage deposit when checking out. Welcome packs are available for 38€ upon request at arrivals. About the neighborhood
On the island of La Isla you will find an outdoor sport area with free WIFI connection, a small playground and 2 infinity pools. It is a very safe, secure and quiet place.

Within walking distance you will find the beautiful Al Kasar shopping complex, right now there is a supermarket, bike rental, bakery, a pub, shops, an ice cream parlour, a tapas bar and 4 restaurants. Close to Al Kasar there are other sport facilities, such as a football field, tennis courts and the golf course. This is the only golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus himself, and it is truly a great experience to play this course. Within 45-55 minutes driving by car, 5 other golf courses designed by the Jack Nicklaus Design Group.
Getting around
The regional capital, Murcia, is known as the Baroque capital of Spain for its wealth of fine buildings and is a fantastic place to explore. It is a shopping heaven with many up market shops and department stores. You can wander through the pedestrianised areas to beautiful squares. There is a magnificent cathedral, a beautiful monastery, gardens and parks.

The holy city of Caravaca de la Cruz is one of the Worlds 5 holy cities (including Jerusalem and Rome). It is dominated by a fortress on a hill which now guards the large church at its centre.Totana, Lorca and Cartagena are all excellent places to explore with shopping, wonderful architecture, markets and fantastic fiestas.

Leave Alicante Airport for Murcia, Granada, Almeria on A7. Stay on this motorway until you reach Murcia City.

As you drive through Murcia with the city on your left hand side, you will pass a shopping centre, on the right, Nuevo Condomina and a football stadium. Shortly after the big yellow Arabic sign follow signs for Granada/Almeria and turn right onto the A7 at exit 138. Follow this motorway for approx 30 km.

When you have reached Alhama de Murcia, you will pass a factory called El Pozo on the right hand side, shortly afterwards you will see signs for Bahia Mazarron, Cartagena and Fuente Alamo (RM2) leave the motorway at exit 601b and follow the motorway for approx 2 km. Turn right at exit 4 signed RM-
