The flat is also very bright and silent, so that you'll be able to rest very well at night. The building, a corrala type aged 100 years, has been totally refurbished recently. The flat is in the FOURTH FLOOR with NO elevator (ground floor + 3) but we'll help you out with your luggage. Guest access The apartment features: * A lounge with a modern , warm and functional decor with a comfortable sofa which converts into a single bed , TV 46 ' , a dining table for six and 2 balconies overlooking the street. * The kitchen is connected to the living room and is equipped with everything needed to cook and eat at home, including ceramic hob , washer dryer , dishwasher , fridge / freezer and microwave. * 1 bedroom with a very comfortable bed, with reading lights and bedside tables, a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower. * 1 bedroom with two single beds which can be combined and wardrobe. * A large and spacious bathroom with tub and plenty of natural light. * Of course , there is Wi -Fi in the apartment , with the router in (not shared network) * Free phone calls to Spanish fixed numbers. * AA in the living room and fans for the bedrooms (both of them fresh). *Baby cot available under demand (10€/stay) During your stay we provide you TOWELS and SHEETS . You will also find iron, hairdryer and everything you need for a pleasant stay . If you think that something is missing, we are happy to have your feedback to further improve the apartment. Interaction with guests Upon your arrival you will be in one of the apartment at the previously agreed time to welcome and give you the necessary information about Madrid and the apartment. And we will be at your disposal during your stay, by email, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or telephone. We have a 24/7 phone number for emergencies too:) Other things to note • Our check in time is from 4pm, meaning that by that time the apartment will be ready for use (although often ready before). However, if you come to Madrid earlier, we will make our best to allow you to let you luggage and we will give you the keys from 11:30am during week days (at no extra cost, it is simply a courtesy) or at the time when the cleaning lady is there on weekends (although we'll try to adjust her schedule to yours). • For check ins at night (from 9pm) we have two options: 1.A pick up from the airport/train station with the taxi driver we normally work with. He would pick you up at the arrivals hall at the airport and bring you to the apartment, leaving you settled. The cost of this service is the normal rate from/to the airport (30€) + 10€. 2. Reception in the apartment from 9pm to 11pm with a late check in fee of 15 euro; and from 11pm to 1.30am, with a late check in fee of 25 euro, payable upon arrival. Please contact us before placing a booking and we'll let you know what would be the best option for you. •Check out is by 11:00 a.m. (unless you have arranged otherwise with us). You can leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. •Please do not leave trash in the apartment. Please note above instructions for taking out the garbage (as it needs to be done the night before, we understand there may still be a little garbage left from the morning you leave). •Please do not leave dirty dishes and you leave the apartment reasonably clean and tidy. •If something breaks during your stay, please let us know -- we understand that accidents happen! We'd like to know so that we can fix or replace it prior to the next guest's arrival. •Parties are not allowed, nor is any loud noise after 10pm in the apartment or at any time in the common areas of the building (entrance, stairwells, elevator if applicable). We kindly request you to keep the volume to a minimum when in these common areas. We care about our neighbours and respect for them is a must. If we receive well-founded complaints from any neighbour regarding the behaviour of guests, you'll be immediately requested to leave the apartment and Airbnb will be notified.
