I can recommend this apartment to anybody visiting Madrid. It has everything to wish for. The Appartement is fully equipped which also makes longer term stays very comfortable. The location could not be any more central and is located directly on the Plaza Mayor. As the rooms are directed towards the Patio the place is very quiet.
The owners are super friendly, welcoming and extremely responsive.
I would always come back to this place. Feels like a second home in Madrid.

Absolutely Perfect
I only have one negative thing to say about this trip, 'It just wasn't long enough'.
The location in perfect it is right in the middle of everything a stones throw from the Market, restaurants and shops and walking distance to all attractions. We didn't even have to use the metro once. The apartment itself is beautiful, high ceilings, traditional features and plenty of space. The facilities are modern and in good condition. The owners have a number of properties and others even better with balconies looking over the Plaza Mayor. I would 100% reccommend

Perfect place to stay
The location is simply the best - at beautiful Plaza Mayor, right in the centre. 3 minutes to metro station, 10 minutes walking distance to Almudena Cathedral or Royal Palace, 20 minutes to Prado museum. Plaza Mayor is also very nice.
The apartment is absolutely charming - very elegant and 100% comfy - bedroom with enclosed bathroom, large living room with seating area and TV and dining table. Small kitchen well equipped with everythinf you can need.
To summarize it, this was the most beautiful apartment I´ve ever rented anywhere. Also the hosts, Noelia and Mario are very nice and kind and helped us with good advices regarding the local transport and what to see (for sure without Mario´s advice I would never look for egyptian temple in Madrid :-)).

Great apartment in a great location
The apartment is in the wonderful Plaza Mayor square; a vibrant square with lots of restaurants, shops and wonderful side streets to shop on. Being on the square but facing away from the square the it's quiet. It is exactly as pictured. It was clean, bright, tastefully decorated and had contained all the amenities.
We could walk to all the sites easily; everything was close and easy to reach on foot. There were several restaurants in the square and on the streets beside the square.
Noelia was a attentive host; she promptly answered emails and questions.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Noelia's apartment if you're heading to Madrid!

Best Place We've Ever Stayed In!
This place is just fantastic, easily one of the best vacation properties we've ever stayed in. The location is actually within the Plaza Mayor (a major attraction in the heart of the city & within walking distance to all sites), yet very quiet and secure. The apartment itself is of high quality and extremely spacious, particularly given its location. It's newly renovated, has real wood flooring, crown molding, a large bathroom, a well stocked kitchen, thick walls (for sound), and comfortable beds (including the sofa bed). The property manager, Noelia, is also a real pleasure to work with, and even arranged transportation for us seamlessly. We really enjoyed our stay - Thank you very much!!!

Beautiful apartment in excellent location
Beautiful apartment, spacious and quiet with absolutely everything provided. Located in a perfect place. We stayed four nights and have not used any transportation. Noelia was a perfect host. Waiting for our next stay.

Good Location for Sightseeing!
The front door to the Apartment Block was noisey, banging throughout the night. Curtains in the apartment were only see through nylon that gave no privacy, plus lights from other Apartments showed through at night. Shower rose was broken.

Excellent apartment. Perfect for exploring Madrid.
Noelia was extremely helpful both prior to and after arrival. Apartment was clean, quiet and well located. I would have no hesitation in returning to this apartment or recommending it to others..
