Perfect Apartment with great views over Plaza Mayor

The apartment was 10 out of 10, could not think of anything that needed changing. Plenty of hot water, good air conditioning, great communications with the manager. The windows were triple glazed so no problem with the noise at night and great sat on the balcony in the evening with a drink watching the world go by on Plaza Mayor.

Perfect location, clean, comfortable, quiet apartment for 4 adults

Located in the corner of Plaza Mayor, this apartment provided an excellent location to everything we wanted to do. Having the Mercado de San Miguel close allowed us to eat meals in the apartment. We used the washing machine. The host helped arrange a taxi to bring us from and to the airport. The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. The temperature was comfortable.

Recomendable al 100%

Estuvimos en el apartamento la noche de Nochevieja, fuimos con nuestras dos hijas y fue increíble poder disfrutar así de la plaza mayor de Madrid. Las vistas del apartamento son espectaculares, hasta desde el dormitorio se ve la plaza!!! Nos encantó la decoración, todo muy bonito, espacioso y muy equipado, tenía de todo.!!Otra de las cosas que nos sorprendió gratamente era la luz que entraba al apartamento, nos hicimos unas fotos que parece que estamos en un estudio!!... vamos una experiencia muy recomendable para alguien que como nosotros, aun siendo de Madrid, quiera hacer algo especial y diferente.

Hemos estado alojados en el apartamento Plaza Mayor de Luxe y nuestra experiencia ha sido totalmente satisfactoria. Tanto por la localización del apartamento , en pleno centro de Madrid ; por la equipacion del apartamento, no le falta de nada; por la atención de los anfitriones, Noelia siempre atenta, facilitando cualquier gestión....hemos disfrutado totalmente de nuestra estancia en Madrid y a ello a contribuido el alquiler de este apartamento TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE Cuando volvamos a Madrid repetiremos 👍

Perfect position for exploring central Madrid

The Plaza Major central position is a constant entertainment from early morning to late evening. You can stand on the balcony and watch the world pass by. Close the windows and it is quiet so sleeping is just fine. You can walk easily (under 15 minutes) to major art collections, The Royal Palace, El Retiro gardens and get the feel of the City. Noelia was exceptional, helpful from the very beginning of booking to a lovely safe journey note at the end of our stay.

Great spot! Centrally located, fantastic apartment! Right on Plaza Mayor so plenty of great places to eat or shop!

Excellent appartment

Fantastic appartment, spacious, clean & centrally located. The property owners are very helpful & give great advice on local attractions & good restaurants to try. There is also a great restuarant below the appartment also owned by the property owners. It is really great option for dinner or lunch.

Fabulous base....

Three of us had a fabulous 7 day stay at Noelia's apartment. The location was perfect, right on Plaza Mayor and, even though we are in our 50's, we managed to walk to all of Madrid's major attractions from here. We also visited Toledo and Segovia by train. Restaurant's, bars and cafe's were also right on the doorstep. The apartment was beautifully furnished, clean and with everything we needed. Noelia was a really helpful host, giving us hint's and tips as well as booking taxi's for us. She also own's the restaurant below the apartment (we visited twice) which was lovely. All in all a fabulous base and we would highly recommend a stay here!!

Location with an entertaining view!

You could not ask for a more central location if spending a few days in Madrid. Plus, you get the great and entertaining view right out your balcony, and I do mean entertaining! Plaza Mayor is a central tourist area and great for people watching. We spent every morning and evening in front of our balcony doors. We love watching from above and being entertained. It is set up well so when the doors are closed, you do not hear the plaza noise. Also, lots of eateries and shops within a short distance. It's great to have a kitchen at your disposal. We certainly used it. The huge walk in closet was amazing. I love getting things out of my suitcase and organized rather than living out of the suitcase. When you get this kind of space for this cost, I'm not sure why you would book at hotel? Plus, you feel like you are more of a local and living in the area. That's the way to travel and experience the area. I highly recommend this flat.

Great Location in the heart of everything. Lots of restaurants, metro station close. Would visit again.

The location is wonderful. Everything you can hope for. wonderful to have a balcony where you can enjoy people watching.
