Nice eclectic apartment. Very helpful host! Spanish Hospitality at its best!
Xavier was helpful accessible and helpful before and during the trip. Interesting eclectic apartment in a historical style building in an interesting neighborhood. Loved our stay!

Eine tolle Wohnung
Das Appartement war einfach nur atemberaubend. Hinsichtlich Ausstattung, Bequemlichkeit und Größe lässt es keine Wünsche offen.
Auch die Lage ist klasse. Ein wenig weg vom Trubel des Zentrums und doch mit der Metro nicht weit davon entfernt.
Die Organisation mit dem Besitzer Xavi klappte vorzüglich. Er ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Mann, der einem gute Tipps gibt.
Als Fazit: wenn nach Barcelona, dann nur hierhin😀

Great location, and even better than the pictures!
Beyond an excellent location in Barcelona, the place has all the amenities you could want. The porch is great for hanging out and enjoying a drink and the modern kitchen and bathroom are great as well. The owner is very accommodating as well and is easily reached for any questions.

Very nice appartment
Very nice appartment with a beautyful terrass located in a wonderful part of Barcelona. The owner Xavi is very nice and helpful.

Great holiday
Excellent helpful host.
Great location in very nice area.
Apartment was all and more than we expected.
Very nice touches such as welcome pack and beach towels which we used every day.
We look forward to return.

Beautiful Apartment! We hope we'll visit again someday :)
A truly beautiful apartment to stay in for a trip to Barcelona! :) The entire apartment is so interesting in it's design, and you immediately feel very relaxed & settled here. It's lovely in a city where there is so much to see & do, to also feel very homely during the time you spend in the apartment. We wish we had stayed longer both in Barcelona, and the flat! Xavi is so helpful and informative for travellers to the city & will show you lots of interesting details on the map, both of the lovely local Gracia area, and anywhere else in Barcelona you're keen on exploring :)
Flat was lovely and clean, the outdoor area was my absolute favourite, it's so lovely to have a little patio to yourselves to sit and relax in the evening :) We felt very welcome, very safe, and our time was blissful :) We would really love to visit again in the future if we're back in Barca :)

Had a really great time
Myself and my girlfriend stayed at xavier's place during the fiesta de gracia. It was amazing.
I would recommend staying here for it.
The place was perfect location. Walking distance to both metro stations. Supermarket 50m away. Loads of nice shops.
The flat is actually better in real life than it shows in the pictures. Very clean.
xavier was very helpful and I was able to text him at anytime for queries about Barcelona.
Will probably go Back again someday.

James and his girlfriend are a fantastic and friendly team and we are proud that they have choose our apartment for their special stay at Barcelona. Communication was perfect before and during their stay and have leave the apartment absolutely clean and arranged, so we only can say thanks and hope to see you again, you are always welcome.
