This apartment is a beautiful, well-lit and recently refurbished apartment, situated in the district of Eixample Dret in the centre of the city, a smart and historically modernist neighbourhood. The apartment is on Trafalgar road, right behind the famous Palau de la Música and walking distance from the Paseig de Gracia, where Gaudi's Casa Batllo and La Pedrera both stand, and to Plaza Catalunya, a transport hub with easy access to the airport. The old quarters of El Born and the Gothic are also at walking distance. There is a great variety of fashionable shops, restaurants and tapas bars close by. From the living room through a large window provides plenty of light into the apartment, you access to the terrace which has a small table with seating for two, where you can enjoy your relaxing moments. The 32 'TV offers free satellite TV to enjoy a variety of channels. The dining room has a large table that seats 6 people.The kitchen, located in a separate room, is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob for cooking comfortably, microwave, toaster, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils as you would in home.The main room that is accessed from the dining room, has two single beds, a large closet and TV with satellite connection. The room has a full bathroom with shower.The other room also has two single beds, a spacious wardrobe and a complete bathroom with tub for bathing children comfortably. HOUSE RULES: - Not allowed to accommodate more guests than those indicated in the booking. - Respect the content and container from the apartment. - You must keep clean and respect all the common areas elements. In this sense, you will ensure the building door is closed in your exits and entrances, as well as the elevator doors closed once it has been used. - Respect the maximum capacity of persons established for the elevator. - Respect the neighbors. Do not make loud noises that might disturb from 10pm to 8am. - Parties are not allowed.- Pets are not allowed. - Only smoking on balconies is permitted. - No drugs are allowed. - All equipment and machines in the apartment must be functioning properly. If not, I will do my best to fix it urgently. But no refund will be issued. - Failure to comply with these rules, resulting in damage or harm to the community or the apartment, would mean the loss of the security deposit. - Check in after 10pm a supplement of 20 € to be paid in cash with the delivery of keys will be charged. - And most important, enjoy your stay! We spent seven nights here and loved "living" in this neighborhood! Safe and clean and convenient. So much is within walking distance. Market right across the street. (Can recommend Casa Lolea nearby for dining.) Apartment very well equipped and supplied. Just about everything you need....More
