Room equipment: kitchenette with little fridge, bathroom with bathtub, sofa in living area and a wallbed 150x200cm double bed with very comfortable mattress, NOT folding bed, 20 m2, free WIFI internet access. Single occupancy accommodation. (ask for couple)
If you prefer cooking a lot we have other apartment. Same location, it´s bigger than the Suite-Studio and with complete kitchen equipment. This apartment is just next to the other one and can be joined in a bigger one.

great location
the Location was great.. 1 min to the Subway .. or Bus.. Barcelonetta.. and walking distance to the old City and to the Beach
the Building was a brand new Building on a busy street with a Door Man (very safe) and a new Elevator
the Apartment itself was very clean, the bathroom ok.. and the kitchen no very well equipped.. and also no Coffemashine .. It"s a" just to sleep" place..
super super super small......I felt like in a Shoe Carton.. with 4 or 5 TV programs
The Bed was a Closet Bed.. although comfortable...
Is seemed like that the pix on the Side where a bit miss leading of the size of the Apartment
also the Door had his difficulties to unlock... and if you have claustrophobia .. its not the place to stay... you couldn't really open the windows and the View was to another big gray Building...
after the stay the Manager didn't know where our deposit was.. after texting and calling him.. with no success ...we had to wait to get our Deposit back though Tripadviser..
i would not recommend t it to my Friends

The apartment was clean and new location was really good, thought there would have been a washing machine so that was a let down also kitchen was tiny but ok overall nice apartment there was no view and woken early every morning by workmen on apartments adjacent which wasn't much appreciated. TV was in Spanish also subtitles we couldn't change it I would give it 6 out of 10 but location was very good all transport local shops bars excellent

Se duerme de maravilla. Localización muy céntrica
Conocí a Olga en un viaje por el Norte. Me habló de Barcelona, le apasiona su ciudad. Me explicó curiosidades de la zona antigua desde la época de los romanos hasta las últimas novedades en gastronomía, exposiciones y por supuesto arquitectura. Así que, quise visitar Barcelona y me alojé en su Suite-studio. Es muy pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y se duerme de maravilla. Luego también estuve en su pequeño B&B; situado en el barrio gótico. ¡Qué puedo decir! Céntrico, todo nuevo, diseño muy cuidado, confortable y nos fuimos juntos a comer una paella cerca de la playa.
Olga y Manuel son muy simpáticos y me quedé maravillado con Barcelona. Gracias chicos, mi estancia fue magnífica.

Perfectly located
Appartment perfectly located for those of you who want to visit the centre of Barcelona and/or simply enjoy the beaches. There is also a guard in the residence who has been always very helpful for us.
The only drawback is the view. When we stayed in the appartment, we had a direct view on on-going works since a new residence was being constructed near to ours. But this should be temporary!

Excellent position!!!
Posizione eccellente, a 10 metri dalla fermata del Metro Barceloneta, ma perfetto punto di partenza per bellissime passeggiate sia verso le spiagge che verso il Maremagnum...Centro e Ramblas raggiungibili facilmente a piedi!
L'appartamento è molto piccolo (ma lo sapevamo) ma ben tenuto, pulito e dotato comunque di ogni comfort, consigliamo soltanto di aggiungere qualche utensile per la cucina.
Ottima disponibiltà dei proprietari, subito pronti a risolvere gni eventuale problema...nulla da eccepire
