The master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed and, with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. There is a working table so you can catch up with all the e-mails if needed. The second bedroom has also a comfy double bed so you will enjoy a good night's sleep. The third bedroom has a single bedroom - the stylish decor of this room offers you super good vibes. You will love it! Have you ever dreamed about having a dressing room? Here you have it - it’s true that dreams come true, you have plenty of space to store your clothes! Freshen up in the lovely bathroom - wake up in the mornings with the fantastic shower. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided! My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. ##Guest access You will have access to the whole property. It is paramount that we are respectful of our neighbors. ##Guest interaction My friends at Hostmaker are looking after my home while I am away; they are a short-lets management service team who know Barcelona like the back of their hand! I trust them to look after you and give you a warm welcome! If you have any questions about your stay, please get in touch through the channel platform. ##Neighborhood The apartment is located in the area of Lesseps just a 20-minute walk from Park Güell - one of the most important attractions of Barcelona created by Gaudí. Gracia’s neighborhood is charming and elegant and located in the center of Barcelona. Here you will have the opportunity to discover the best Catalan modernist buildings such as Casa Milà and Casa Batlló, also from Gaudí. If you come during summer you can enjoy the traditional festivals at Gràcia.¡ You will be located in a centric well-connected area, with the city’s finest restaurants. Some recommendations about restaurants are El Disbarat, La llar de foc for Catalan cuisine and Intrèpid de Gràcia, Sol Soler or Restaurant La Pepita if you wanna try tasty tapas . I'm sure you will have a lovely time during your stay! ##Transit Lesseps is the nearest station to the apartment, just an eight-minute walk away. This connects you to the L3 (green line), meaning you can get to iconic Barcelona sites such as Passeig de Gràcia, Plaça Catalunya or Plaça Espanya. The best way to arrive from the Airport is with Aerobus, it will stop in Plaça Catalunya so from there you will take the L3 metro until Lesseps. This journey will take around 53 minutes. ##Other things to note You will be required to present your IDs at the moment of the check-in. We have to register you into the Local Police. Hope this is not an inconvenience. In the building, there will be some apartments making some minor refurbishments, you might find some disturbances because of this. We apologize in advance for this. The flat is ideal for families and business travelers check-in time is at 3 pm or later. Check out time is 11 am or earlier. Please, no smoking inside the flat. No pets allowed, please respect the neighbors. No loud noises after 10 pm. No parties or events allowed. Please note that tourists are required to pay a daily fee of €0.90 per person towards the city tax. The fee applies only for the first 7 days. Children up to 17 years old, do not need to pay. Please pay by credit card directly at your check-in to the person that will be welcoming you, who will provide you with a personal receipt. Please note that a late check-in will require the payment of an extra fee as per the following: - From 20:00hrs: €20 - From 22:00h: €25 - From 00:00h: €40 This fee will be collected at check-in and must be paid by card.
