Positif : Appartement très bien situé entre la marina et la plage dans une rue calme et entouré de petits commerces dont une bonne boulangerie. Literie bonne. Juan qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique et compétent. Simplicité de la prise en charge et de la sortie. Pas d'état des lieux. Communication par whatsapp (si l'on ne refuse pas ce réseau)
Négatif : L'appartement est petit, très petit.... Chambres étroites, dont une très très étroite. Un lit de 140 et 2 petits lits. SDB pour 1 personne max.
L'appartement est un peu sonore puisqu'on entend les voisins aller aux toilettes. Ce qui n'est pas terrible. Vaisselle : très très chiche et il vaut mieux avoir son propre tire-bouchon. Pas de couvercle, pas de couteau à pain... etc. Pas de sel, ni de poivre ou d'huile et vinaigre. Bref, il faut tout acheter.
Je ne sais vraiment pas comment une famille de 4 pers. peut survivre dans cette location. Désolée Juan pour ces remarques un peu négatives, mais néanmoins réalistes

Superbe appartement à deux pas de la plage !
L'appartement est très bien placé, à deux pas de la plage et des commerces et restaurants.Junior était à notre écoute.L'appartement était propre, bien entretenu, et confortable.C'est une rue calme, et nous avons bien dormi.Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

quartier relativement calme
bon accueil, appartement fonctionnel bien pour trois personnes, au troisième étage sans ascenseur , tout les commerce a proximité , séjour agréable.

Small but perfect!
The apartment was small but perfect for us. It is a stones throw from the beach, and restaurants/bars, while also walking distance from Las Rambles.
Highly recommend.

Escapade familiale à barcelone
Appartement très bien situé dans le quartier de la Barceloneta, à deux minutes de la mer.
Toutes les commodités sont à proximité.
L appartement est bien disposé et agréable.
Il a manqué quelques ustensiles de cuisine, comme verre à eau, bols, une casserole. Le ménage du lieu est à amélioré.
Literie et linge de lit agréable, mais une taie d oreiller déchirée à notre arrivée
Si parcontre, vous avez la chance de croiser le propriétaire, c est une personne agréable, à l écoute.

Appartamento carino ma piccolo, ottima posizione
A pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Barceloneta, 15 minuti dalla Marina e 25 dalla piazza con la statua di Colombo dall'inizio della Rambla. Purtroppo l'appartamento è al 4 piano e le scale sono un po' ripide. E' piccolo ma carino, arredato per quattro ma comodo solo per due persone, magari con un bambino. Proprietari gentili e cucinino dotato di alcuni generi di prima necessità, tipo tea, detersivo, ecc.

Brilliant location for beach and sightseeing
Location is under 5 min walk from beach and restaurants, about 10 min walk from the marina. Also the open red top bus stops on the front which we found really useful to use as our sightseeing transport. The accommodation was clean and tidy with everything we needed for a short stay, even washing powder was provided! I was there with 3 adult daughters, we used it as a base and although it is small it was perfect for what we wanted. We want to visit again.

A bit "bare bones" but clean, safe, and great location
Pros: Excellent location, clean, safe, two blocks from beach, plenty of markets, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars in neighborhood. Washing machine. Half mile from metro. Owner was friendly and responsive.
Cons: Small and sparse. Okay for two people, but would be too cramped for more. Be prepared to buy your own laundry detergent, shampoo, napkins, etc. (easily purchased at the markets nearby). Few outlets (e.g., couldn't have reading lamp and alarm clock plugged in at same time in my bedroom). It's been a few decades since my college days, but that's what it reminded me of -- my first college apartment.
Heads-up to Americans like me: You're not supposed to flush toilet paper down the toilet. This is not unique to this apartment -- it's all over Barcelona (and many places in Europe). There are trash cans by the toilets -- use those. I wasn't aware of this, so I'm including this info for other novices like me. (Not great, but you get used to it within a few days.)

Thanks for your feedback, in the apartment are normally soap and laundry detergent (below the sink, if not please let us know, we will bring it asap), towels, bed sheets, coffee and tee machine and washing machine.
