Had 12 day stay at this lovely apartment, everything you need is there. Also right outside the pool was great for the kids. Great communication too. Would stay again and also recommend.

We've just come back from a fabulous family holiday in this apartment. We were greeted on arrival by a driver arranged for us by the owner. The driver also looks after the apartment for the owner so he took us straight to the door, gave us our keys and explained some useful information about the apartment. The apartment was very large and spacious. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment as it suited us but the owner also offered us a one bedroom apartment. There was plenty of room for the whole family to play and relax, unlike most other apartment we have had in the past with a studio kitchen etc. The apartment felt as spacious as our home. The apartment has 3 private terraces and a large upstairs balcony meaning there is always shade or sun to be found. The terrace is immediately next to the pool meaning we could keep an eye on your children whilst relaxing on the private terrace. The pool was also quiet with only a few quests using it at any one time, even in the school holiday. Having a glass of wine on the terrace overlooking the pools every evening when our little ones went to bed was perfect. The pool was perfect for children of all ages as there is a large deep pool beside a knee height toddler pool. They are joined together by a slide which our 4 year old loved !! The apartment also has a handy downstairs toilet meaning the family can be in and out from the pool without having to walk through the whole apartment. The apartment is centrally located. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. It is 5 minutes away from a large well equipped supermarket, a 24 hour shop and some good restaurants and bars. However because Marie Verde is a private complex set back from the road you can't hear any noise. Mare Verde also has a snack bar if you wish to use it but we didn't we just used our own kitchen or ventured out. We liked every local restaurant we tried, with no complaints about any of them. Costa Adeje is a beautiful place. We would recommend the Viking boat trip, a trip to monkey park and the Tuk Tuk excursion. We also visited La Colletta and had some fantastic meals at La Gran Paella. The apartments feel very safe as Marie Verde is a private complex, locked by external gates so only residents and guests can enter the complex. The kitchen is well equipped and having a washing machine and drying rack was a godsend. No washing to do when we got home ! Overall a fantastic holiday for the whole family. The apartment was perfect and we will definitely return. We plan to also book the one bedroom too so some family can join us.

Excellent apartment just like a home from home, ideal location great having the pool right outside the door. Only downside is no air conditioning as fans just blow warm air around that aside I would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again when we return to Tenerife.

This was a very clean and well equiped villa including a full sized cooker and washing machine. A well maintained complex close to lots of restuarants pubs and supermarkets. The beach was only a few minutes walk away and the bus stops were very close by too.

Stayed in duplex owned by Tony Delaney, wonderful home from home accommodation, everything you need and more in kitchen, lovely atmosphere and pool mega fun for all,yes some reviews mentioned broken floor and paint around pool but it's boiling there and bound to crumble and expensive to do,get flipflops and man up,Tony's house is excellent and private ground is huge and also upstairs balcony, can't wait to save to return,transfers off Andy a must X just one thing Tony,that downstairs toilet light is not good when all others fine,maybe an extra one of those stick on cupboard bright battery ones a thought instead of expense of wiring as your place is great just as it isx thanks so much x

Huge apartment lots of space poolside which is ideal aprtament and complex a bit dated in places but ideal size, wifi closeness to pool and location. Very safe complex also Would definitely return

This villa is very central to everything with a bus stop just over the road. The beach is about 5 min walk and has lots of bars, restaurants and shops along the way. It is gated so you need a key to access the complex itself and is quite quiet of a nighttime which is nice. The pool is a bit dated and needs some TLC, but nevertheless still a great pool and this villa is right next to it. Cant fault it, the only issue we had was we only had one key which was a bit of a nuscience as we weren't all out together always, but I believe there will be more than one given in the future. I would recommend this villa without a doubt. Thanks for a great holiday Ed :)

The location is absolutely perfect and secure. It is in the complex, so you don't get random people wandering in! The house is clean and spacious. It had everything needed for a week holiday. The pool is very close to the house so you can look after your children whilst enjoying the weather and perhaps the wine! Multiple swimming pools vary in depth so everyone can find a suitable and safe place to swim! Aqualand is about 15 mins walk. Big (and cheap) Mercadona supermarket is about 5 minutes walk, and so are various shopping centres. I will definitely be coming back!!! I thoroughly recommend arranging your transfers with Andy, excellent safe driving, brilliant! He's also got great knowledge of the local facilities!

Lovely big house lots of room inside and out which is fab with 3 kids 8,11,16. right by the pool which is empty most of the time so just like having your own pool. nice and quiet with pool bar 2 min walk if you want to go for a quiet pint at other pool. first time in Tenerife and will certainly be back. would recommend this house to all, its not too far to beach, central to both main beach, harbour beach and San Eugenio. If I had to give any small negative, the downstairs toilet needs a new light shade as very dark and the covers on seats could be needing replaced. but only small thing its a fab place for any family :)

Just returned from a 3 week stay in this apartment with my wife & 3 children aged 11 -8. Only been home 3 days & already missing it & thinking about booking it again for next year. The Apt itself is very spacious & is over 2 floors with everything you need to self cater. The rear terrace is large & has lots of sunshine plus the added benefit of shade should you need it ( & you will) ! It is right in front of the main area of the pool with a slide where the children spent most of the day. The Manager , Andrew is very polite & prompt with linen changes. The compex itself is very nice & kept clean daily, There are several pools over different levels one of which is heated. There is a security man who patrols the complex day & night which keeps the noise & potentially rowdy guests at bay. It is very quite at night which is fabulous if you like peace & quite after a busy day at the beach. The pool bar & owners Wayne & Karen are very hospitable and provide great food and there is a pool table to keep the kids occupied. There are shops & bars that line the road leading to the beach & there is a multitude of restaurants to choose from. You wont be disappointed in this apartment , it was more than adequate for our family of 5. Thanks to the Owner & manager, Regards, Dave
