Villa

Rural setting just 2 km to the coast. This finca is dedicated to growing bananas, is flanked by unique natural areas in southern Tenerife. A landscape of unparalleled beauty , a quiet place to relax and enjoy your holiday . The house currently has all the necessary amenities, while retaining the traditional charm. 100 m², distributed in a modern kitchen, a spacious living room with access to a spectacular terrace which has a seating area, barbecue and sun loungers. Three bedrooms, two doubles for adults and one with trundle bed for younger and a work area. Fully equipped with satellite TV, wireless, DVD-MP3, dishwasher, oven, hairdryer. There is also cot and highchair for babies. T)here's possibility to fit a 6th person (under request)

Nice and quiet place

We greatly enjoyed our stay at La Casita, and we will definitely return to it for our second trip to Tenerife. La Casita is situated in the midst of the banana farm, not so far from Palm-Mar. The house is very nice and clean, with a spacious yard and a barbecue. The farm around the house gives you a pleasantly green area to walk around (the South of Tenerife is usually less rich with plants than the North). We have noticed no insects bothering us during the stay in August. The place feels comfortable and safe. There are a few guest houses situated at the same farm close to each other. The parking spot is near the house. While the house is situated at a distance from any settlement (Palm Mar being the closest at 1 km), the exit to main Tenerife autoroute, TF1, is very close and not congested with traffic at any time. We rented a car during our stay, which allowed us to enjoy the Northern beaches as well, but there is also a bus stop in the area around the villa.
