The loft is specially designed for tall people, having a 220x150 cm bed and a 110cm high kitchen counter and sink. It has one of the greatest views available, is quiet and sunny all day round.
This is not the typical standard apartment you usually find for rent, I finished it with much love and many details to live in it myself, but now I am renting it out for some time, and therefore I look for thoughtful people who will treat it carefully.
It is the only attic of the building, so you have to walk up one floor through the stairway after having taken the elevator to the top. This means you have no direct neighbors of the same building on the same floor, which guarantees you more privacy and quietness.
Both terraces feature high-class artificial lawn, which gives you a very comfy feeling! ...

The best beach front appartment

We are already looking forward to returning
This was a fantastic apartment with terrific views overlooking Las Canteras beach. The flat is a perfect size for a couple with everything you could need for your holiday. There is a supermarket nearby, along with a wide choice of bars and eateries. It's also just a short walk to the bus terminal which allows you to easily explore other parts of the city and the island.
In Oliver, we had a brilliant host. He was very helpful and informative and was one of the reasons we had such a good time on our first visit to Grand Canaria.
A big thank you to him!
Our holiday passed far too quickly, so we will be back, and we will be arranging our next visit around the availability of the flat.

Short stay Gran Canaria
Spent one week here in lovely roof top apartment. This apartment was furnished to very high standards and sleeps 2 people. Two wonderful outdoor spaces with sun all day round,the view from the front is fantastic overlooking the beach and promenade below.
Inside there is a fully equipped media system with access to many tv and satellite channels. The wifi is very good.
Oliver, the owner is really nice and helpful and picked us up and also dropped us off again at the airport. A lovely touch of a bottle of wine and supplies for breakfast was much appreciated.
This city centre spot has all you need for food ,drink and places of interest.The buses are cheap and run very regularly.
I can't praise this apartment highly enough and would strongly recommend it and the owner Oliver to anyone thinking of travelling here!

Top Class apartment - don't miss out!!!
This is a beautiful apartment in an excellent location right in the heart of Cantaras Beach. Top floor loft apartment with 2 VERY large terraces and over the 2 of these you get the sun ALL day. Lift up to floor 6 and a few steps up to apartment on 7th floor. Beach side terrace has fantastic views towards Tenerife and the beach area. Apartment has all mod cons and more importantly well stocked with all necessary items, toilet roll, cleaning items, towels, lots of kitchen utensils (no kettle but we just used a pot so no real problem) Drinking water from tap was great - saved buying lots of bottles of water. Great location right on the promenade with plenty of lovely bars and restaurants to choose from. Oliver from the outset was brilliant, extremely helpful and quick to reply to any queries I had. He arranged pick up and drop off at airport and advised of restaurants and places to visit during our stay. If you are looking for somewhere special then this if the place for you!!! Had a fab holiday Oliver - Thank you!!!

I am so glad you had such a good time during your stay in my apartment. Regarding the kettle, I once compared heating up the water in a pot on the (very fast) induction field and in the kettle, and surprisingly the water heated up even faster in the pot than in the kettle!
I also wanted to thank you for leaving the apartment in such a tidy and clean manner!

“Un gran apartamento en la playa”
Excelente apartamento. Lo mejor son las vistas y la terraza. Ático en 1ª linea de playa de las canteras.El ático está genial. Muy bien comunicado .Supermercados y restaurantes muy a mano para ir andando me encanta la playa de las canteras. Mucho ambiente todo el día y por la noche sin ruidos disfrutando la terraza frente al mar . El lugar tiene un diseño tan inteligente, con enormes ventanas de vidrio por todas partes, dejando que el cielo, el sol, el océano y la playa se conviertan en una parte importante de su experiencia.Además, me encantó que la cocina estuviera bien equipada en comparación con la mayoría de los apartamentos que solo se alquilan a los turistas. Había muchas ollas y sartenes para elegir y una bonita nevera y congelador con mucho espacio. También un buen toque con muchas toallas, albornoces y toallas especiales para la playa. Oliver ha sido un súper anfitrión, nos ha dado muchos consejos, dónde comer y qué visitar,haciendo que nuestra estadía sea aún más confortable. ¡Gracias por todo!
Este es un apartamento para volver y recomendar a amigos y familiares.

Jewel in the Crown
This rooftop apartment is amazing. It has everything you could wish for when away from home. The place is immaculate and was cleaned twice during our stay. Apart from the obvious things needed, there are many other things provided including, beach towels and umbrella, bicycles to name a couple. The views are spectacular and I'm sure they are the best in Playa de las Canteras, especially as it has two huge terraces, one West facing and the other facing East, between them they have plenty of furniture for outside living, sofas, dining table and chairs, sun loungers etc. You are literally on the beach. Oliver, the host is fantastic and picked my wife and I up from the airport and returned us on the day of departure, he is a wealth of information and provided recommendations for places to eat and visit. Oliver can also arrange a variety of trips and car hire should you require it. I was tempted to give this place a rubbish review in order to secure availability whenever I want to return but that would be so unfair. I would 100% recommend this apartment and cannot wait until I'm free to return to this 'Jewel in the Crown' of Las Canteras. Amazing and beautiful place.

Fantastiskt boende!
Denna fantastiska lägenhet vid Las Canteras har allt man kan önska. Inne är det snyggt designat och genomtänkt inrett. Men den riktigt häftiga delen är de två stora takterasserna. Antingen med härlig utsikt över Las Canteras eller åt motsatt håll med utsikt över hamnen. Värden Oliver har högsta service och man känner sig väldigt välkommen. Det är tredje gången vi hyr denna lägenhet och kommer garanterat tillbaka igen.

Brilliant apartment, fantastic location
Beautifully designed and located apartment equipped to an extremely high standard with everything needed for a great stay. Two huge terraces - one West overlooking Las Canteras beach and promenade and looking to the north coast, the other East to the commercial port area. The sun (or shade if you wish) can be followed all day. As we know from previous visits to Las Palmas, Las Canteras has many attractions and the apartment has a great view of what is going on. In addition the city offers a huge range of attractions from, for example, music to theatre, and there are always unexpected things happening - while we were there the start of the ARC Atlantic crossing race took place and was an unexpected and memorable surprise find. Lots of good restaurants very close by and good food shopping in the supermarkets and the Mercado just round the corner. Oliver is a very welcoming and helpful host.

El sitio perfecto
No creo que haya un lugar mejor para alojarse en Las Palmas. El apartamento es espectacular, cuidadísimo, lleno de detalles. Está situado en la mejor zona de la playa de Las Canteras y lo tiene todo. Dos impresionantes terrazas con vistas increíbles a la playa y al puerto invitan a no salir de él. Además, Oliver es un excelente anfitrión, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a hacer recomendaciones sobre restaurantes y actividades en la ciudad. Nuestra estancia ha sido fantástica, en gran parte gracias a este alojamiento. En resumen, un 10. Recomendable 100%. Cuando volvamos a Las Palmas, repetiremos sin dudarlo.

El sueño de todos!
En el apartamento no falta nada, tiene todo para unas vacaciones súper relajante. Igiene impecable.Delante de la maravillosa playa de Las Canteras con unas vistas desde la terraza insuperable.El propietario muy amable y disponible. Sobretodo la cama tiene un colchón súper cómodo nunca è dormido tan bien fuera de mi casa. Volveremos pronto.
