Nos encanto el apartamento y más en la zona en la que estábamos, la casa súper cómoda tiene de todo. Sin duda que si vuelvo será en este apartamento Una estancia súper buena y cómoda, yo os la recomiendo Lo mejor de lo mejor. Víctor y echedey súper amables unas excelentes personas y atentos a todos. Ottimo appartamento, in posizione eccellente a metà strada tra la canteras E Piazza Santa Catalina, quest’ultima Snodo di tutti i mezzi di comunicazione dell’isola. L’appartamento è rappresentato in maniera fedele nelle foto. Lo abbiamo trovato pulito e comodo. Non è la prima volta che andiamo ad alloggiare in zona e devo dire che questo è un ottimo compromesso tra prezzo e qualità. Il gestore puntuale e gentile, ci ha aiutati anche a trovare un transfer economico dall’aeroporto! Ci ritorneremo

Great apartment, looks exactly as shown in the photos, was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for us as we were travelling by bus, there were plenty of shops, restaurants and tourist office all in walking distance. Fantastic beach literally 1 min walk away - can't fault!!

Lo que ves en las fotos es lo que disfrutaras. Al lado de la Playa de Las Canteras, en un edificio y calle muy tranquilos esta el apartamento de Victor, con todo su equipamiento nuevo y en perfectas condiciones de uso. Los negocios en los bajos de los edificos proximos son de electronica, no de hosteleria, por lo que el descanso nocturno no se vera alterado. En la misma calle, peatonal en su mayor parte y que transcurre desde el parque de Santa Catalina al Paseo de Las Canteras, encontramos establecimientos de todo tipo. A la vuelta de la esquina esta La Tabernita, sitio ideal para picotear una mezcla de cocina canaria y peninsular. Si alquilais coche, como es zona azul y al lado de la playa no hay sitio, asi que podeis coger un abono de semana en el parking de la C/ Padre Cueto por 35€ paa aparcar sin problemas. En cuanto a Victor, solo comentar que le pregunte el dia anterior a mi llegada si disponia de batidora y la respuesta fue que compro una. Tanto el como Echeday se pusieron anuestra disposicion para cualquier cosa que necesitasemos. Fue una estancia inolvidable y cuando vuelva, lo hare a este apartamento.

This flat is in an excellent location around 5-10 minutes walk from Santa Catalina bus station and even closer to the beach. Restaurants, bars, well stocked fruit shop and even a Spar shop are on your doorstep. The flat itself is well suited for a couple and the kitchen allows you to make a meal or two if you like. I'd recommend his spotlessly clean flat for a trouble-free holiday. Thank you Victor, we had a lovely stay.

Was an excellent base for my first time in Gran Canaria. Located a minute's walk from the Las Canteras beach and just a few minutes walk from local Las Palmas and the Santa Catalina station (rest of the island) buses. The apartment was well-equpped and the bed comfortable.

Von dem Apartment aus kommt man innerhalb weniger Minuten an den schönen Strand. Es sind etliche Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten im Viertel geboten. Vom Busbahnhof / Haltestelle Santa Catalina kann man die Insel oder die Stadt bequem erkunden. Die Stadtbusse fahren auch nachts.

The apartment is genuinely as it is is visible on the photos. It is perfect for a couple with possibility of accommodating one more person comfortably. The location of the apartment is great. It is near the Las Canteras beach but it is still placed in a residential area far enough from possible noise of restaurants and bars. Shopping areas of Mesa y Lopes where famous El Corte Ingles is located as well as Las Arenas and El Muelle malls are at walking distance from the apartment. Santa Katalina park, from where all the buses operate towards other parts of the city, is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There are plenty of grocery shops and bakeries with fresh bread and pastries around the apartment area. All the appliances in the apartment are fully operational and neighbours are very friendly and helpful. The person who takes care of the apartment, Victor, is extremely helpful, organised and approachable. I would certainly recommend this place for anyone who wants to spend a memorable and pleasant holiday in Las Palmas Gran Canaria.

The apartment is exactly asi n the photos,clean,warm and quiet. Less the 150mtrs from lovely clean Blue Flag beach. Plenty of supermarkets and places to eat close by. Tip: catch the Line 60 bus( 2.95 Euros) from Airport to SantaCatalina (every hour, check timetable) 7 minutes walk from bus depot to the apartment.
