Spacious apartment in a central location.
Our family ( 4 adults and one three years old child ) stayed for three weeks in that spacious and clean apartment. The apt. is near by Pleya Canteras and Santa Catalina park.We liked it very much.

Functional, nice, spacious and well located
Our family of two parents and four children had a great time in this appartment in Las Palmas. The location was perfect, close to Las Canteras beach, Santa Catalina park and several pedestrian streets, many cafes and restaurants, the Science museum, boardwalk and bicycle path. The appartment is renovated nicely, and well equipped with clean and new furniture and equipment. Bed sheets and towels are spotless white. Furniture is simple yet tasteful IKEA style. In general it was a great value for the money and we were very happy with it. We were also happy with our decision to stay in Las palmas and rent a car to visit the rest of the island. in fact the CICAR office located at one block down the same street as the appartment rents good cars at a very cheap price. this is to show again how the location of the appartment is its best feature. i would recommend and already did recommend the appartment to my best of friends.

Nice accomodation for a beach holiday
We spent the week around Christmas as a family of 4 adults and 1 kid. The apartment is big and bright, comforts and facilities as described, the beach just around the corner, plus the manager was always at hand for any need, even booking a nearby car parking for us. Surely to be recommended with flying colours.

Gran piso para vacaciones con crios
El piso esta muy bien ubicado, a 2 minutos andando de la playa, al lado de calles peatonales con tiendas y a 50 metros de un SPAR para poder hacer la compra, a 5 minutos andando del Centro Comercial El Muelle y a 1 minuto del Parque Santa Catalina.
El piso cuenta con 4 habitaciones y un salón-comedor-cocina en un gran espacio abierto + 2 baños completos. Es un piso muy luminoso y con muebles modernos. La cocina incluye todo lo necesario y muy moderna.

Excelente
Un piso muy amplio, muy acogedor, limpio, con todas las comodidades. No le falta ningún detalle. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la playa, supermercados. Por poner una pega que no tuviera aparcamiento. Recomendable 100%

Excelente apartamento para unas vacaciones
Se encuentra muy bien situado cerca de la playa y parque santa catalina, desde el mismo te puedes acercar a cualquier zona.

Relación calidad precio inmejorable.
El apartamento es tal y como se describe en la página; incluso diría que mejor.Es muy cómodo, muy limpio, y se está muy agusto en él. Está cerca de todos los sitíos de interés, playa, comercios, restaurantes, etc...La comunicación con Isabel de 10. Es la segunda vez que vamos y seguro que volveremos a repetir.
