This comfortable two bed-rooms Apartment is fully furnished with modern furniture, has a large Living room, which offers spectacular ocean views and has its own High-Quality equipped kitchen, which also offers stunning Atlantic Ocean views.
The large Living room is very spacious (30 m2) and equipped with a very comfortable Sofa and a coffee table, a dining table with four chairs and a bar-table with two stools (one baby-chair also available). One big size 42' Flat LED-TV connected to the ASTRA-Satellite TV, with more than 100 open channels in English, German, French and many other languages, also connected to the Digital Terrestrial TV (DTT) with all Spanish High-Definition channels. You will find also a DVD Player and a selected DVD-Film-collection in English, German, French and Spanish. A Stereo CD/Mp3 Music and Radio Player with Smartphone/Mp3 docking Station and USB port will be at your disposal for making you fill like at home.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, like a vitro-ceramic (also with induction function) with an extractor hood, electric oven, a quality refrigerator provided with a big freezer and a microwave. At your disposal you will find selected tableware, toaster, coffee machine, water kettle, electric squeezer, beater and many other extras.
Both bedrooms feature large wardrobes and overlook a very quiet street situated at the back of the building.
The bathroom, although not so large, is very functional and stylish with travertine marble covered and high-quality bathroom furniture, including a very comfortable bathtub/shower with a glass screen. You will find a hairdryer stored into the drawer under the washbasin. Let yourself be surprised by the piped music and a very particular lighting.
There is a separated laundry-room equipped with a washing machine at your disposal. An iron and an iron table complement the facilities.
Nearby are different supermarkets, numerous shops and restaurants. Very cloth you will find rental cars and travel agencies for planning your day trips around the Island. The promenade of “Las Canteras” beach, directly in front of the apartment is the meeting place of the city for open air concerts, festivals events and diverse activities around the year.
The Apartment-building has two exits, one of them opening directly at the same level to the promenade of “Las Canteras” Beach, which is a very comfortably access for persons with reduced mobility. The very spacious elevator allows a comfortable access to the Apartment floor or to the underground garage with a parking place for your rental car.

- Personalized check-in and check-out service, includes delivery of keys and indications at your arrival.
- High speed Internet Wireless (WIFI) available in all areas of the Apartment (also on the terrace). You will find the WI-FI code on your arrival.

- Parking place located in the under-floor garage of the same building = 12 €/day. It´s very good accessible using the elevator.
- Personalized Pick-up service from/to “Gran Canaria Airport” (one way, sit 4 + Baggage) = 60 €.
- Cleaning during your stay (incl. change of bedclothes and towels) = 50 €.
This stunning apartment is as the title of my review suggests! It is situated in a first class location, with uninterrupted views of the sea. Gerardo was an excellent host and kept us well informed about how to take advantage of the excellent amenities available to us. Very important to me, was the fact that the bed was extremely comfortable. I know from experience, that priority attention given to this is not often missing from reviews My husband and I are looking forward to our next stay and would highly recommend the apartment

Un superbe appartement sur la mer comme à la proue d'un navire
Très bel appartement, très confortable, toutes les commodités, très bon accueil.
Très calme, sur une partie de la plage de Las Canter
Surtout une belle terrasse, mais quand le temps est moins favorable on peut aussi profiter de la merdepuis le salon.

Appartement confortable, propre et bien situé.
+ L'accueil par Maria et les explications sur le fonctionnement de tous les appareils disponibles ont été top.
+ La réactivité lors d'une panne du routeur internet.
+ La situation, avec accès sur la plage de Las Canteras.
+ Les équipements disponibles.
+ La propreté de l'appartement.
+ La terrasse.
+ Les documents transmis par le propriétaire de l'appartement, sur l'accès et sur les environs (à voir, à faire, à manger...) très complet et précis sainsi que des liens internet intéressants.
+ La place de parc (disponible contre supplément) dans le parking souterrain de l'immeuble. Il s'agit probablement de la meilleure place, permettant de s'y parquer sans manœuvre. Même s'y j'ai pu y parquer une Opel Grandland X, un véhicule de plus petite taille est plus adapté.
- Le matelas trop mou.

Besondere Wohnung in Toplage direkt am Strand
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und sehr umfänglich eingerichtet. Mit der unmittelbaren Lage an der Strandpromenade mit vorliegendem Strand beginnt und endet jeder Urlaubstag mit 100 prozentigen Urlaubsgefühl! Perfekt werden Fragen beantwortet, gute Informationen zugeschickt und und der Service organisiert. Fußläufig erreicht man die Konzerthalle! Wir haben dort schöne Konzerte besucht. Insgesamt ist Gran Canaria eine sehr abwechslungsreiche Insel.

Amazing terrace
The apartment was in a great location. It was very close to a really good supermarket and the main bus routes. The apartment was very clean and we were given a lovely welcome by Maria. However, the best feature was the terrace. How lovely to sit in the sunshine and listen to the sounds of the sea.

Perfect stay
We stayed for two weeks in this beautiful and well equipped apartment. The location could not be better. The big terrace with amazing view is priceless! The landlord and his assistants gave us impeccable service so I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others!

Very nice time !
It was our first time in Las Palmas and we found a great location with Gerardos Appartment. The Appartment was really nice, cool desgin, very clean and everything else what you need was inside! A friend of Gerardo have picked us up at the airport and brought us to the Appartment and showed us everything what we need to know. All in all it was the perfect location for us!

Perfect location
The apartment is in a great quiet location with a lovely balcony seating area and the view is really stunning. It is well equipped and spacious and very clean . The young lady who dealt with our arrival was very helpful. I would definitely stay at this property again. Having stayed in other areas of Las Palmas that are very noisy this property really is perfect for a quiet holiday.

Perfect location & great ocean view
Very nice apartment and a fantastic terrace with lovely ocean views. It's in a great location because it's on a quieter stretch of Las Canteras beach and when you need the lively restaurants they are just 2 minutes walk away.
Las Canteras in Las Palmas is not a package-holiday type resort which (to me) is a good thing & you'll find lots of authentic Spanish food.

Perfect!
My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a week and it was a perfect beach vacation! Even after seeing all of the pictures online, we were blown away when we arrived. The apartment is clean, spacious and modern, with an incredible view. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but we opted to cook and eat dinner on the terrace every night. The kitchen was very well-equipped and eating on the terrace was SO beautiful...we couldn't imagine a better venue anywhere on the island. The location on the promenade is great. There are many places to eat, buy groceries or shop and perfect for a daily jog. Canteras Beach is great too (but, again, we opted to spend a lot of time on the terrace sunning and reading). We went snorkeling just a short walk from the apartment, where the surf was a little calmer. It all made for a super relaxing vacation! Gerardo is very friendly and quickly responded to any questions/concerns we had prior to arrival. Miguel met us at the airport and Silvia showed us around the apartment. They were both so nice and welcoming! We didn't run into any problems during our stay but we felt confident that if we needed anything, we could call. I highly recommend this apartment!
