* The rental agreement includes an electricity allowance of 500€ per week (approximately 2.500kw) in the summer months of July and August and 350€ per week (approximately 1750kw) the rest of the year. A digital meter is installed inside the property so users may comfortably track their usage. The meter will be read on arrival and then again upon departure.

This place is simply stunning!
We arrived here after a few airport delays probably in a slightly bad mood. This place instantly took that away, as the electric gates roll back everything about this place was nothing short of Amazing. We had 12 adults and 3 kids and it swallowed us. I think it took 2 days to explore the full house.
We had great communication with the owners throughout who were very accommodating!

Fantastic Villa with great Views of the mountains! Perfect for family celebration!
This is a great family friendly villa with large outside space, swimming pool and maintained gardens. We had a family week with 14 people and enjoyed every minuet of being there!
Good location only 15 mins from Palma and spectacular views across Mallorca to the mountains!
Strongly recommend!

Perfect private luxury villa .. An oasis in the Palma countryside.
This is our second family visit to the villa and it certainly was the right decision to return. We had a marvellous family holiday in the large spacious house and private grounds. The pool was in use almost constantly and so well maintained… the villa is a €30 taxi ride from Palma airport and the owner Gillian was so helpful and kind in helping us arrange this much needed holiday..
Palma central is about 10 mins drive, but we loved the seclusion of the villa we only visited Palma once.. watching the sun go down from the large well appointed veranda was a real tonic..
Thankyou Gillian for making our second visit as special as the first. We will be back.

Beautiful Villa
We had a wonderful time for a week in this stunning villa, the pool was wonderful and perfect for kids, grounds all very well kept and villa very comfy,, the annex was perfect although very hot as air con was not hugely effective, but would highly recommend a stay here.

So glad that you all enjoyed your time at the villa. It was unfortunate that your holiday week was during the extreme heatwave we experienced, which probably accounts for the struggle the air conditioning was having to maintain the cool temperature.

Perfect Villa For Our Group Retreat
We absolutely LOVED our time at this amazing villa!
My wife and I host retreats around the world and we finally made our way to Mallorca, Spain. We researched villa's and this one stood out above all the rest. It was a perfect setup for our private chef to cook delicious meals for our group of 16, plus it had plenty of common space which allowed the group to bond during our down time. It was also great for us to enjoy some sun lounging by the pool and to do yoga and Muay Thai in the yard. We will definitely miss sunset view every night during dinner!
Our host Gillian was very easy to communicate with and accommodating to our needs. She helped with some last minute adjustments, connected us with a shuttle service, recommended restaurants and helped in every way possible. If we come back to Mallorca to host another retreat this villa will definitely be at the top of the list!

Perfect luxury-relaxing Spanish style Finca with sunning view and space to breath
We booked the finca to relax and later to celebrate our wedding. We stayed with both our families and had some friends visiting during the week - the finca is large, no one was bothering each other, with a big kitchen in US style and a large and comfortable terrace (beside 2 more living rooms and a huuuuuge garden) - just perfect to hang-out, have BBQ / dinner altogether. The big garden and sun deck including a kind of infinity pool was just perfect to have relaxing quality time during the day. Plus enough space to invite for our wedding which was majorly located in the pool / lawn area. The view is just stunning - both from the terrace, upper level rooms and pool area - you can see the Palma bay, some nice fincas around and the mountain skyline. All amenities are in the house, kitchen well equipped. Plus super nice and helpful landlord - for any daily needs, extra maid service or even more special requests. It was a true pleasure to stay - not only for our wedding occassion. Highly recommended.

Amazing Villa
13 of us descended on the villa for a week in July/August and had the best time 7 adults and 6 kids.
We never left except adults to fetch more supplies and the kids did not leave at all!!!
Pool, sunshine, food, wine, views, hot tub, gym, air con - could not ask for more and everything we asked for from Gillian was instantly provided.
Thanks for an amazing holiday and hopefully another one soon!!!

The most beautiful villa
Beautiful Villa - fantastic holiday with family and friends!

I have just returned from Gillian's villa in Son Gual, celebrating my 50th with 16 of us and the villa was absolutely outstanding with the "wow factor" everywhere we turned. It is a stunning property with all the needs you can imagine. It is so vast, there are so many little hidden areas you can go to get away, read, have a wander etc. It is immaculately kept and spotlessly clean. We all loved spending time at the villa, the infinity pool obviously being the focal point during the day and the bbq on the veranda in the evenings. Even so, we had a day out on a catamaran (Oasis Catamaran) one day which set off from Palma, about 20 minutes drive away, which was fantastic; and a trip to a vineyard, Son Prim, about 30 minutes drive which was great. I booked this villa two ago and Gillian has been above and beyond helpful in the planning of this week away. At times I felt I was inundating her with emails, but she was always more than happy to help, resulting in a very special birthday week. It was great having her close by to ask her for assistance whilst we were there as well. Thank you again!

Perfekt schön unglaublich viel Platz
Wir haben die Familienferien genossen. Fast alles ist perfekt:
drei Bemerkungen, bei Ostwind starten die Flugzeuge vom sehr nahen Flugplatz Richtung Osten, da wirds laut; die Abläufe in den Badezimmern stinken; das IKEA Kücheninventar ist verbraucht, sollte erneuert werden.

I am surprised to hear your negative comments when all your group had such a wonderful holiday and wrote a glowing review on the actual booking site.
It was unfortunate that you didn't have the best weather, with rain and high winds and because of this, during some of your holiday, the planes were taking off in a different direction to normal when sometimes some noise can be heard, but this is rare.
I am truly sorry that in your particular bathroom you were having a problem, although when I called in to meet you all it appeared to be ok and I was assured by the rooms occupant that there was nothing to worry about. Had I been told otherwise then I would have immediately contacted a plumber.
Re the kitchen - we are constantly renewing and replacing kitchen utensils and crockery throughout the rental period each year due to wear and tear and breakages.
On the whole I am glad that you enjoyed your family holiday with us and it was a pleasure hosting you and your family.

Fantastic week with the whole family 16 persons.
Nice caring owners.
The house was better than expected. We where afraid of disturbing noice from the airport but it was no problem.
We didn’t miss anything. Everybody wants to come back next year.
We can really recommend the house if you want to experience something extra.

Located in a peaceful location yet only 15 minutes by car from the nearest beaches, restaurants, nightlife and Palma city centre. Airport is 10 minutes away - car hire or taxi is essential. From the airport take the motorway heading in the direction of Llucmajor, take the first exit (number 10) direction Manacor. Follow that road all the way until you reach Carretera de Manacor (about 5 mins). At this point take the highway towards Manacor, take the second exit, number 15 (Son Gual) (about 2 mins). You will reach a roundabout, take the first exit and follow the road all the way round until you arrive at another roundabout where you will see a block of flats. Take the second exit and follow the road (which borders the flats) until you reach the end. You will see a side road on the left, go down that slope and you will see the villa on your left.
