Nice stay!
An apartment is located in great area - very close to the port, city centre and market. Lots of nice restaurants around. The apartment is very clean and perfectly equipped with all you need (towels, cosmetics, hairdryer, iron, glasses, etc.).
The only minus is that one of bedrooms is located outside, so you need to go out from main flat using back doors and after 2-3 stairs you'll be there (2nd bathroom is just nearby - entrance from the outside as well) - the fact that ot is not in the main flat is causing there was a bit too cold in April (even though heater was there but got off).
Nevertheless, I highly recommend this apartment!

Outside / Inside House!
The house is well located, excellently equipped and the photo presentation is accurate. However, anyone booking should be aware that the "garden bedroom" and second bathroom are not within the house but up 3 stairs to the courtyard and garden. You have to cross the open courtyard to use the bathroom; not much fun at night or when it's cooler or wet! Also a lot of street noise as the house is right on the street. TV is only Spanish language.

Lovely stay
Outstanding hostess, friendly and very helpful. Place as discribed and good location. Easy access to bus transportation, restaurants, and sites. Will stay again if I return!

Excellent location
Great property with easy access to transport, restaurants, bars etc. Walking distance to Cathedral and shopping areas.
The owner was delightful, giving us early access to a very clean, garden apartment.
Only one slight problem, was the space for hanging clothes in the garden bedroom but this was easily overcome. Everything and more was available with this property.
The garden and built in barbecue area was an added bonus for city living

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Wir waren mit zwei Freundinnen in dem schönen, kleinen Häuschen in Palma. Von dort aus konnte man zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden oder mit dem Bus über die Insel fahren. Der Garten lud zum Verweilen ein und wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen.
Marisa, vielen Dank für deine Flexibilität bei der An- und Abreise, als unser Flug Verspätung hatte! Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt.

A beautiful, authentic oasis with very good comfortable matresses!
We were impressed to be greeted by the owner, and by the quality of this gorgeous little ground floor apartment with a super garden and outdoor dining and relaxing facilities - not that we used them in February!
The beds had very good luxury matresses and it was very clean and well equipped, with a folder of useful information.
The only downside was that we couldn't operate the units to give us heat (it was cold in February). We did manage once or twice but it seemed a bit hit and miss and not straightforward - a simple guide on what to do would be useful as it didn't seem to respond to the arrows on the remote.
We would definitely like to stay here again, particularly in the warmer months as the external bedroom has the use of an outdoor shower room which is not ideal if very cold or raining.

Just wonderful!
Although Palma is such a beautiful city to visit, we found ourselves not wanting to leave this little house. We don't feel the pictures do it justice. The rooms are beautiful and cool with really comfy beds. The kitchen has everything you need if you don't want to head out and sample some of the fabulous restaurants Palma has to offer. The dining room is perfect but the garden is just WONDERFUL. It is huge and sunny and so relaxing. You hardly realize you are in the middle of a city. The location of the house is perfect as well. You really can't go wrong by booking this place.

Todo perfecto
Casa antigüa recien reformada con un bonito jardin en la parte de atrás con barbacoa, muy cerca del puerto con mucho ambiente cercano y sin embargo es tranquila, buen detalle de la dueña dejarnos para desayunar el primer dÃa, saludo a Marisa (la dueña) y si volvemos a Palma vplveremos a alquilar la casa sin duda
