Lovely spacious apartment across the street from the main beach. Apartment is well equipped for a family stay.
It is a few minutes walk to the center of Gijon but many cafes and restaurants around. Lovely view from the lounge.
We used the carpark that is available at an extra cost. It is very convenient if you have a car and or kids.

Confortable con buenas vistas
Todo bien en el piso y Vicente fue muy amable y atendió todas nuestras preguntas. Solo dos cosas:
La cocina necesita más vajilla, no es posible que para una casa de 5 personas solo haya 2 vasos pequeños, 2 vasos grandes y 2 tazas de desayuno.
La wifi es de datos y no permite conexión a plataformas, solo consultas de internet.

Una grata experiencia
MagnÃfica ubicación. Junto a la playa y en el barrio dela Arena, lleno de vida !!
El piso muy bien, amplio y cómodo a 20 ms de la playa de san Lorenzo.
Todo limpio y agradable y unas preciosas vistas al mar.
El salón-comedor muy cómodo y funcional y con una mesa de escritorio. El baño muy bien. La cocina quizas algo mejorable.
El propietario Vicente mas que atento en todo momento.
De Gijón, ,que os voy a contar. Tan maravillosa como siempre.

Exceiente ubicacion y apartamento genial
A 50 metros de la playa y cerca del centro, con plaza de garaje muy próxima Vicente en todo momento pendiente de todo y siempre accesible
El apartamento limpio, con unas vistas espectaculares; muy bien equipado.

Great location with a great view.
Loved this apartment... Loved the location. Vicente met us and showed us everything and then rode with me to show me where to park. The only drawback was, because we were driving, it was very difficult to find parking in order to check in. Also we didn't know the apartment number to ring to let him know we were there. But we managed and once we were in the parking garage... everything was perfect. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, markets, and everything you might need. We drove out of Gijon for two day trips. One to Oviedo and one to the Cave of Altamira. My only regret is that we didn't have more time to explore the city of Gijon. we saw a lot of it... all on foot, but I know there was more to see. I would love to return to this seaside town and I would certainly stay in this apartment again!

Fantastico
piso esta situado en un lugar inmejorable!!!! delante de la playa de sant Lorenzo y cerca del parque Isabel la católica. Es amplio y comodo y el propietario es muy atento y amable.
Le recomiendo este piso a todas las familias que quieran disfrutar de gijon.

Very good place to stay in Gijon
We stayed for 9 nights and really enjoyed the location. The apartment has a great ocean view and the area is unbeatable. There are more bars, restaurants, Sidra places , bakeries and cafeterias per square meter than any other place in the world that we can remember. People are very nice. The owner Vicente Bango was very punctual and efficient . We shall return.

A really good flat for a breakaway
We spent 6 days here for a family wedding . The apartment is ont he 9th floor but there is a lift, at that height you can hear the sea ,but not the traffic, we kept the windows open most of the time.
There is a very good view of the beach. There are a number of cafes in the area offering a daily menu of 10 to 14 euros for 3 courses plus wine, all were excellent.
There isa small bakery to the rigth of the entranceand a tapas bar to the left.
The flat was very well presented with excellent fluffy towels, the kitchen is very well equipped.It did feel like a home rather than a show flat we were very comfortable.
The owner was very helpful and friendly , he made some recommendations for restaurants etc, we had no problems but I am sure he would have dealt with them promptly.
We used the parking , it was a 2 minute walk, but worth it , there is not a lot of parking around, The parking is very secure.
