Open-plan apartment with 3 bedrooms for a maximum of 6 adults + 3 children. The apartment is on the ground and lower ground floors of a building restored in 2010.

On the ground floor is a bright living area with 4 large double-glazed windows which let the light and air flow.

Furnishings include 2 sofa-beds (double bed + single bed), central table and TV. Dining table with chairs. The kitchen forms part of the living area and is well equipped for self-catering. Appliances include washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Adjacent to the living area, and separated by a partition, is the master bedroom with a double-bed and a large wardrobe. Beside it is a bathroom with bathtub.

The apartment is modern and very nicely decorated. It has all the necessary things to live as "at home". Access to nearly all the great places in Sevilla takes no more than 20 minutes on foot. Next to the apartment is a city bus stop....More
