THE ACCOMODATION The apartment is located one floor above the ground floor. As you enter you are in the living room: there is a completely equipped kitchenette, equipped with fridge, ceran cooking field, microwave, washing machine, coffe maker and toaster. Across the living room you get into the bedroom. The bedroom is very bright as it is the corner of the house and has two large windows, double glazed and with French balconies which go towards Recaredo and Diego de Merlo street. You have here a double bed, a closet and two bedside tables. > The bathroom is accessed from the other side of the lving room, it has a shower, wc and washbasin. This place is decorated with love, in bright tones like white, blue and turquoise. The parquet floor throughout gives it a very cozy touch. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD We are in the historic centre of Seville, right at the eastern edge of it. Here is one of the most important entrances into the old town: Puerta Osario. We call this location 'strategic', because you are within a few minutes walking distance right in the heart of the old town and at the important monuments and sights (10 min walking to the Metropol Parasol, 10 min to Santa Cruz quarter). On the other way, you quickly get away and around the centre: the main train station Santa Justa can be reached in 10 minutes walking, the circular buses which go around the centre (C1-C4) are leaving literally downstairs in the avenue which runs around the centre. Two public parkings are very close, in José Laguillo and Escuelas Pías street. In the immediate neighbourhood you find all shops and stores you may need: supermarkets, greengrocers, hairdressers, pharmacy, bakery, etc. are all within 2 minutes walking distance. HOW TO GET AROUND It is not necessary to have a car to discover the city from here, we are in the centre. Next to the apartment we have bus stops (circular buses as C1-C4) and tourist doubledecker bus, bicycles for rent, etc. ATTENTION TO OUR GUESTS We are available for our guests 24 hours by telephone, in several languages. We are professional hosts, for every taste we know to recommend the places to visit, the tapas to try. We have our office at 10 minutes walking distance, open nearly 365 days per year. Here we are happy to help you with the answers to your questions about the city, activities, tours, etc. We print your boarding cards for free and offer luggage lockers for a very convenient price.
