The world famous Puerto Banus, the hang out of the rich and famous with it’s superyachts, glamorous boutiques and fabulous nightlife is a little way further on.
Casa Bella is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience.
The property has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and updating and the accommodation provided is elegant and luxurious. There is a superbly equipped kitchen with every conceivable facility even down to a Nespresso coffee machine! The lounge and separate dining area is congenial and elegant with French doors that lead to a private west facing terrace with a comfortable seating area and outdoor dining table and chairs. The terrace can be covered if shade is required. Also on the ground floor is the smallest bedroom with a single bed that rolls out into a double if required and a bath with shower over which also serves as a guest cloakroom. Outside of the kitchen is a separate yard with utility area which is east facing and therefore perfect for a sunny breakfast. There is even a sea view from the kitchen!
On the first floor is a huge master bedroom with separate dressing area and well-appointed walk-in shower room. French doors lead from the Master Bedroom onto a Juliette balcony with sea views. Two other large and well decorated twin/double bedrooms on this floor share a family shower-room.
On the upper level is an enormous (100 m2) partially covered roof terrace with panoramic views to the mountains, gardens and sea; it has a gas BBQ and is perfect for Al Fresco dining and chilling out whilst watching the sun set and rise (if you are awake that early!).
For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coast. There is something for everybody and guests at Casa Bella have use of the private community swimming pool (open in the warmer months only) and paddle and tennis courts. Casa Bella is within five hundred meters of thee of the best restaurants on the coast, there are four supermarkets within seven minutes of the property and guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities, there are over thirty restaurants within a ten minute walk of the front door.
We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets.
As one would expect with a property of this quality, there is air-conditioning throughout. We provide a weekly maid service and linen change but for those that require a daily or more regular service or a cook/housekeeper then this can be provided for an additional charge.
Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.

We don't have many rules, we want you to have a great time but it is a legal requirement that we register all guests so we have to have your passport details. Please bring inside any outdoor cushions if it looks like it will rain, and also please do not smoke anywhere inside the property or bring any pets.

Our stay at Casa Bella was absolutely brilliant.
The accommodation is exactly as described, it's super spacious and well equipped with everything you could possible need. They even left us a care package with some essentials (bread, milk, wine etc) which was a great touch.
Just a few minutes walk to the communal pool, which we had to ourselves on most days! The beach is also really close, although we were a bit disappointed that the sand was all churned up and wasn't very appealing.
We walked to Marbella town from the apartment along the Golden Mile, which was a lovely 30 minute stroll.
We had great communication from Emily @Finest Rentals, she also helped organise a return transfer to the airport
I wouldn't hesitate to return to Marbella or Casa Bella again in the future

Firstly I have been going to marbella for 18 years and have a family place that we can use but we needed extra room with our children. I had dealt with Emily Finest rental before but unfortunately our previous trip got cancelled due to covid. Dealing with finest rental is beyond a 5 star
Service. ( I have dealt with many many bad agents in the marbell area) they are trust worthy, extremely helpful and deliver a 5 star service.
For this trip we dealt with Jana. Jana was so lovely so
Attentive and made our trip so stress free and so enjoyable.
Casa Bella location firstly is the best location in my opinion in marbella. Middle of the golden mile in between the port and marbella town. It is seconds to the beach from your door step and onto the prom. There are an array of restaurants and beach bars. We rented a car and even with the kids we barely used it. You do not need a car for this location. Everything is walking distance also a full super market is mins away.
Casa Bella house is a town house with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms.
It is not a “rental” it’s a home from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything and anything you would have and more in your own house even all kids stuff.
The dryer/ washing machine are all new. All the Bed linen and towels all of high quality.
Tv smart tv/ great parking/ for kids all rooms fully blackout/ stair gate supplied and high chair/ access to pool
It has 2 large outdoor dinning and sitting areas. One on a massive baloney with a Weber bbq full sitting area and table to sit 8 people at.
We were a family of 4. 6/7 people would be very comfortable here.
Our only negative was we had to leave!!! We were so thrilled with our stay and hopefully can book back in very soon. Thanks to the owners and Jana in Finest Rentals

After a couple of years, we went back to Casa Bella in Marbella.... and our stay was simply perfect!
We continue to be amazed how Casa Bella is comfortable, close to the beach and community pool/paddle (100 meters) and has everything you need for your family (incl. private street to park in front of the house, walking distance supermarkets, etc).
If you need something, just ask Emily (the host). She is very responsive and will provide a solution.
We will be back for sure!

Disfrutamos de una semana de vacaciones con niños en esta confortable casa.
Equipada con todo lo necesario, limpia y decorada con gusto. La playa y la piscina se encuentran a 100 metros. Lidl y SuperSol a 5 minutos de la casa. Marbella centro está a 15 minutos por el paseo marítimo que nos permite acceder a restaurantes y zona comercial sin necesidad de coger al coche.
Disfrutamos especialmente de su zona de barbacoa en la azotea y de la tranquilidad de la confortable terraza en la planta baja.
Tambien del pádel de la comunidad!!!
Sin duda la recomiendo y repetiremos.

Myself and my siblings (9 of us in total )had a wonderful 4 night vacation in Casa Bella .We were celebrating a 50 th birthday.Karen and Emily were great to deal with throughout the booking process and dealt with any queries in a timely manner .They organised a transfer from the airport and it all went like clockwork .The villa is lovely and comfortable and fitted our needs perfectly .It is very well equipped and the beds are lovely and comfortable .The location is ideal with just a short walk to the beach .I would recommend it highly and would definitely book it again .

Our family stayed at Casa Bella during the Easter break. The location is perfect, just a short walk down to the beach and restaurants. The house is furnished to a very high standard and has everything you need for a relaxing and entertaining break. We only used the pool on the last day of our holiday but it's a great spot to cool down after a day at the beach. Emily was a great host as always, we'll see you again in the Summer!

Casa Bella was exactly like the photos. The manager was there to show us how everything worked in the house which has been decorated really nicely and modern. We had a slight issue when we left the house without keys but the manager came really quickly (within 15 minutes) to let us back in. Everything worked well and the interenet was very fast which was important to us. The location was great so close to the beach which was still warm enough to go to i October! To round it up we had a perfect stay and will definietly be going back again!
