After waiting 2 years to finally get to Marbella due to the pandemic we finally arrived on 12 May. We arrived at the beautiful apartment to be greeted by Emily who couldn’t have been more welcoming. The penthouse is absolutely stunning and is beautifully maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with wine, water, cheeses etc which was such a nice touch. Emily was contactable throughout our stay and left us a bottle of champagne as the hairdryers weren’t in the apartment when we arrived. The area is so peaceful and the pool areas are so tranquil. If you are looking for beauty and relaxation this is the right place!

Wow wow wow, if you don’t rent this apartment then rent something else through Finest Rentals and don’t bother with any other holiday company. We arrived here at midnight after an 8 hour delay and Jana checked us in. A lovely welcome pack, fresh baguette, ham, butter wine and laundry items. However, the air con had packed in and the community had flatly refused to allow works over the weekend. I can only say that I have never in Spain received such impeccable service from Emily (the owner) and Jana who worked tirelessly to get it up and running, offering us lunch on them the next day whilst it was repaired. We lived in Marbella for 12 years and it is extremely rare to find a short term rental company that actually cares about its clients and goes the extra mile for them. They even got the cleaners in afterwards even though their excellent tradesmen were so professional and tidy. The apartment is superb, big rooms, loads of space in the living room and the huge terraces off of the living room and main bedroom upstairs are like a little oasis. Of course, having now experienced such great service, this penthouse was spotless. It is close to everywhere, 5 minute drive to Nueva Andalucia, Banus and Marbella. This development has fantastic communal gardens, a huge quiet pool area, a family pool (with lifeguard) and a saltwater pool heated in winter. The restaurant on site is so convenient with an excellent choice of food plus a kids menu. Open from 1pm-10pm. A gated development with absolutely fantastic security guards who can book a tennis court for you or the padel tennis courts. Thank you Emily and Jana for all of your help and assistance with this great apartment and for those of you reading this, if this apartment isn’t suitable for you then look up finest rentals and book through them, you won’t be disappointed, an absolutely fabulous professional service.

We had a wonderful family holiday and Senorio de Marbella (pent house) greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff (Emily, Jana) were very helpful and made staying there seamless! It is a fun, safe complex with easy access to both Old town and Porto Benus (driving or 5 min taxi) and having a few tennis courts and multiple pools made it more interesting for teenage distractions!

We stayed here as a family for just over a week and loved it! The apartment was exactly what we hoped for. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds, great kitchen and laundry room. the two balconies offered fantastic views and a place to soak up the sun. We booked several tennis lessons with a local coach named Marcos who lives in the compound and he was a great coach. Karen took care of us during our stay and we couldn't have asked for any better. Awesome recommendation from us.

We had the most amazing stay in Marbella and in this apartment! Emily was the perfect host; we really enjoyed our welcome pack and her advice on restaurants and things to do in the area. The location is superb with being only a 10 minute walk to Puente Romano and the beach and a selection of fantastic restaurants. The beach promenade is great for walking to either Marbella Town or Puerto Banus to enjoy shopping and lunch. On the complex there´s a heated pool which meant we could swim everyday even if it was January :) The apartment itself was very cosy, clean and comfortable and the outside space is great! The community is beautiful, peaceful and easy to find. I really cannot recommend Emily and this apartment enough! We will back in the summer :)

Dieses Apartment ist nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet und erfüllt alle Wünsche die man hat, sondern es liegt in einer atemberaubenden Wohnanlage in der Nähe vom Strand und anderen Annehmlichkeiten. Unsere Kontaktperson Emily war sehr hilfreich und hat all unsere Fragen beantwortet und uns ausserordentlich gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Desweiteren wurden wir mit einem hinreissenden Willkommenspaket empfangen welches einen leckeren Wein und andere sehr nütliche Artikel beinhaltete. Jederzeit würde ich dieses Apartment weiter empfehlen und selber hoffentlich kommen wir bald wieder. Danke für alles!

I loved this apartment which is even better than it looks in the photos. We were greeted by Emily who was incredibly helpful and told us everything we wanted to know and was very patient with all our questions, she left a basket of groceries and some wine for us in the apartment which was a very kind and thoughtful thing to do. The apartment is amazing and very comfortable. The kitchen is enormous and completely equipped with everything and there are three large doubles bedrooms all with nice marble bathrooms and a smaller bedroom and bathroom off the kitchen. The living room is gigantic, the biggest I have ever seen and the terrace is just perfect with lovely views, sunny and with lovely views of the pool, gardens and sea. The community itself is absolutely stunning; it has lovely gardens and a super pool, with some more smaller pools and an indoor pool, gym and even a squash court. The complex is gated and the guards are very diligent so we felt very safe and secure. We drove to the beach in three minutes and there are some amazing places to eat a few hundred meters down the hill from the apartment (we got a taxi back as it is uphill home). We would like to thank Emily and we will be back in the summer, this place is exactly what we love for a holiday.
