Just 100 meters from sandy Casablanca beach and surrounded by celebrity hang outs and some of the most exclusive real estate in the world, you can easily walk (or jog, blade or cycle) along the Paseo Maritimo (Beachside Walkway) from Casa Del Sol east to the old town of Marbella with its' traditional bars and restaurants and within a few hundred meters to the west is the world famous Marbella Club. A little further on is the Puente Romano Resort, perfect for rubbing shoulders with celebrities and boasting an array of top quality bars and restaurants, three of which have Michelin stars. The world famous Puerto Banus, the hang out of the rich and famous with it’s superyachts, glamorous boutiques and fabulous nightlife is a little way further on..
There is no need for a car, you can walk to the shops and some great restaurants, there is a bus stop at the end of the street, taxis are easy and cheap.
For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coat. There is something for everybody and guests at Casa del Sol have use of the private community swimming pool (in the warmer months) and also the tennis and paddle courts. Casa del Sol is within five hundred meters of thirty excellent restaurants, there are four supermarkets within seven minutes of the property and guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities.
The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience.
Casa Del Sol sleeps up to ten and provides luxurious and well equipped accommodation and facilities. The property has just been refurbished by the new owners and it has everything you need; modern bathrooms, power showers, cotton sheets and towels, a maid service (optional extra) and much more. Our guests can enjoy both Spanish and over 140 UK, Scandinavian and International TV channels , unlimited fast internet with WIFI, and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating in both sun and shade from the lower and upper terraces.
Guests can enjoy the entirety of the three beautifully decorated floors in Casa del Sol, including the standalone upper-level apartment. This new addition to the property (as of May 2022) provides a sleek modern lounge area, kitchenette, dining area and terrace with large sliding doors which open up fully to allow the sea breeze to flow through.
On the ground floor there is a smaller bedroom with single bed that rolls out to a double, a bathroom with walk-in shower, well equipped modern kitchen , comfortable lounge with ample seating and a large TV and separate elegant dining area. Outside there is a large sunny terrace with plenty of comfortable seating, sun shades to cover the whole area, outdoor dining table and a gas BBQ. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with super king sized bed, en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobes. There are two twin bedded double rooms and a family shower room.
Then there is the upper floor apartment area with a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, a lounge and dining area with sofa, armchair and TV (this floor has it’s own WiFi access), making the property perfect for two families to use comfortably. The convertible dining area can be fully opened to the terrace, allowing four to relax either indoors or in the open air, depending on your mood. Outside is a lovely small terrace with excellent sea views.
We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included are BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets.
Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can

We don't have many rules, we want you to have a great time but it is a legal requirement that we register all guests so we have to have your passport details. Please treat the property and neighbours as you would like others to treat you and your home. The house manual contains a set of community rules which we ask you to please read and observe. Please bring inside any outdoor cushions if it looks like it will rain, and also please do not smoke anywhere inside the property or bring any pets.
We stayed at the casa del sol villa in May for a long weekend for my hen party. The villa is amazing and so modern. There’s everything you need there, towels, iron, hair dryer etc. They welcomed us with a tour around the villa and we also had a welcome hamper with wine, bread, jams etc. They were easy to contact if you needed to ask any questions and everything was so near to the villa. We walked to Marbella old town in about 25 mins and puerto banus is less than 10 mins in a car. I would definitely stay with finest rentals again

Simplemente perfecta
Muy buena localización en una zona tranquila y próxima al centro, acceso directo a la playa y paseo marÃtimo.
La casa está muy cuidada y limpia, mis hijos han disfrutado mucho con el billar y los dardos. Todos los detalles están muy cuidados, es como si estuvieras en casa.
Muy bonita decorada y muy buen servicio de la agencia.
Recibimos un pack de bienvenida estupendo tambien.

BEST FAMILY GATHERING PLACE
We had such a wonderful time at Casa Del Sol. The house is beautiful and very clean. Very well decorated and it was perfect to fit our group of 10. The pool is very cleand and the beach just 3 minutes walk. The house is 5 minutes drive to old town Marbella and 7 minutes to Puerto Banus. We really enjoyed our stay there, do not hesitate to book it for your holidays.

Perfect long weekend at casa del sol!
We booked as a group of 8 friends wanting a long weekend away in the sun, and this house was just perfect in every way! The booking/communication levels with finest rentals (Emily) and the meet and greet (Jana) were excellent, and the welcome pack of food/drink a lovely added and unexpected bonus! The house was great for us, perfect size, lovely little courtyard garden, games room was fantastic, cleanliness second to none, we had no complaints whatsoever. The location also perfect, the walk into marbella along the golden mile beach was great, and two supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Overall, this was a great place for us to book and it ticked all the boxes for a long weekend with friends, we would highly recommend!

Perfect stay
We stayed at casa del sol in July, it was for my sisters 30th birthday, the location was perfect right by the beach and only 5-10 mins in a taxi to the port, the apartment was much bigger than it looked on the pictures it was very clean and such a lovely place to stay, me and my friends loved it and would defiantly stay again!! Thanks very much x

Brilliant villa and location
Ideally located within an easy walk to restaurants and bars, both on the beach and up the road on the Golden Mile strip, also shops and supermarkets. The property itself was as described and pictured (if anything it is larger than it looks in the photos) very clean and tastefully decorated
Karen, Emily and Stephen were great hosts, from our early contacts right through our stay (nothing was too much trouble).
On check in Karen left us a lovely welcome basket of local wines ,cheeses etc.
All 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return one day

Amazing house and location!
Amazing house with a great location. Both close to the beach, Marbella old town and Puerto Banus. The house was in a very good shape with a lot of space for everyone. I would recommend this property for everyone who likes Marbella. It doesn´t matter if you are there with your family or with friends, this house is perfect for everyone!

Super townhouse in the excellent location
The townhouse is in very good shape, very well equipped. The terrace outside has great size with good furniture. Our kids was amassed to have their own room with billiard on the top floor. Location is in the best spot in Marbella, walking distance to the canter and Puerte Romano facilities. Our family are highly appreciating the host Emily's professionalism and attitude!!! We'll definitely come back here soon :)

Beautifully presented property in a Great location on the beach in Marbella Golden mile
My friends and I stayed at Casa del Sol and we absolutely loved it! The location is great as you are almost right on the beach and you can walk everywhere to restaurants, shops and to Marbella center long the beach walkway . The property is lovely, beautifully decorated and very well equipped (it even has a pool room) and in perfect condition. It was very clean when we arrived and I must say Emily and Karen look after it very well and were very helpful and greeted us with a welcome pack upon our arrival which was really appreciated. We loved the terrace which is great for chilling out in the sunshine and the gas BBQ that was thoughtfully provided meant that we could cook and eat al fresco in a great setting. Karen and Emily were reachable during the whole time of our stay and if we needed something we just had to give them a call and they were happy to help us. I will definitely go to Casa del Sol again when I come to Marbella next time.
