Great location, accommodation immaculate and apartment wonderful all you could want to visit Historic Malaga, perfect in every way and all communications with the owner were great 100% confident in recommending

We had a great stay at this apartment and loved Malaga. Vicente, the owner, kept in touch before our stay and provided great instructions and information. He met us at a convenient location and brought us to the apartment, giving us very useful local information as we went. The apartment has a grocery store a couple doors down and is located around the block from the Plaza Merced where you will find many restaurants. The apartment itself is very large, has all necessary amenities (washing machine, kettle) with a great large balcony that gets morning and afternoon sun (great for drying clothes). It is within walking distance up to the Castillo de Gibralfaro, and to the beach, museums and many many shops.

We really enjoyed our four nights in this pleasant, quiet and well-equipped apartment. It had everything we needed and we even managed to sit out on the terrace most days. The location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk to city centre but with some great tapas restaurants nearby close to the theatre. Also cafes, bars and shops a minute away. Thank you for the warm welcome Vicente.

Apartment is not all that central - near a small square where there are a few small restaurants and bars but a good distance from the beach - Vincente not at the pre arranged location when we arrived- apartment fine- very comfortable-the famous sun terrace was small and only got late morning and early afternoon sun. One of the biggest complaint was that typical of so many apartments,you could hear so much from the apartment upstairs- very disturbing to be constantly woken by the all too clear sound of someone overhead peeing or pooing. We had arranged to leave at 12 noon but Vincente and a lady came knocking at 11:35 as we were busy packing and pressurised us to leave as he had the next tenants waiting to come in- and barely acknowledged us as we left- very unfriendly!

From when they picked us up at the airport to when we left after ten very comfortable nights, everything was flawless. Owner Vicente and his son also Vicente have provided a spacious well laid out apartment on the fourth floor with elevator. At first we thought the beds were too firm but we slept so well we are even considering a similar mattress for home. My favorite place was the spacious terrace, where we relaxed every evening. The location is unbeatable just of Plaza de la Merced and within an easy walk to most sights. There is a small and very friendly grocery store very close and a bakery too. I'm not sure when we will be back in this wonderful city, as we now want to stay in other parts of the region but we would definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. It is located in the old part of Malaga, a perfect location for access to all amenities. The owner Vicente was the perfect host. On our final day he transported us to the airport. We had a 07:30 flight to catch. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Great, well equipped 3 bedroom apartment right in the centre of Malaga. Fully air-conditioned throughout with a small balcony (overlooking the roof tops), fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Location couldn't have been better for us (3 adults and 2 teenagers). Down the lift, which is directly outside the apartment door, through a small courtyard and gate out into the street. 2 mini markets, a bakery, freezer shop, bank and frit/veg/fresh meat/fish market are all on the door step - all within 50 mts. Turn left out of the apartment building and walk less than 100 mts and you are in the Plaza de la Merced which has numerous café bars and restaurants and more shops. 5 minute walk to the main Malaga shopping centre or Historical Centre, 10 - 15 minutes to the sea front harbour and beach. Vicente, the owner, and his son couldn't be more helpful - thanks for a great stay.

The Apartment is ideally located in the historic part of Malaga. It's location makes you feel very much part of the community. The local market is just across the road from the apartment, which has an excellent choice for all your needs. There are also small supermarkets and a small local bakery. The Plaza de la Merced , just around the corner is a gem. It absolutely beautiful with flora to die for. There is a good choice of restaurants reasonable priced. You are within walking distance to the Picasso Museum, Cathedral , Castillo Gibralfaro.and the Marina. If you want to travel further afield the bus/train stations are a 20 min walk. Personally for 5 Euro a taxi is easier, available from Plaza. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities you would find at home. It is good value. Would be happy to recommend

Hartelijke ontvangst door Vincente, de beheerder van dit prachtige appartement met drie ruime slaapkamers. Allen voorzien van airconditioning, prima bedden met erg veel kussens, als uit een catalogus. Ruim balkon dat schuin uitkijkt op de berg en op de terrassen van je medebewoners. Voorzien van wifi, kabel tv, vaatwasser, wasmachine en eemvoudige keuken voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Typisch donkere eikenhouten spaanse inrichting. Lift heeft betere tijden gekend maar brengt je vlot naar de vierde etage. Alle voorzieningen in de buurt. Om de hoek zijn het geboortehuis van Pablo Picasso en de overdekte versmarkt. Strand, haven, musea, barretjes en restaurants op wandelafstand.
