Sunny and quiet apartment located in a prime location, near the beach (6 minutes walking) and the town center (15 minutes walking). It has wooden floors, a little balcony, living room, 2 bedrooms (containing a desk, two beds, a double bed and 2 built-in wardrobes), main bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with oven, vitroceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, water heater, coffee maker and toaster. The price includes sheets, towels and final cleaning.
Around the apartment you will also find green areas (Huelin Park, less than 2 minutes), the Antonio Machado´s promenade where you can enjoy the typical beach bars and sea, as well as restaurants and supermarkets.

La experiencia ha sido inmejorable, tanto por el apartamento que esta en perfectas condiciones y con todas la comodidades, como por la cercanía a la playa, esta a unos 10 min. a pie como al centro de la ciudad, unos 15 min. Yo lo recomiendo totalmente desde luego si volviera repetiría.

el piso estaba limpio y tal cual se veía en las fotografías; la ubicación muy buena: a 5 minutos del puerto,, 10 de una playa buena, 15 del centro y a escasos 10 de las estaciones de bus y tren.
La propietaria muy agradable, no puso ningún inconveniente con las horas de entrada y salida (y eso que fueron peculiares!muchas gracias de nuevo!).
Lo único a lo que podríamos ponerle pegas es que el microondas estaba estropeado y que el agua caliente ni era muy regular.
Pero sin duda, repetiríamos!

Appartement spacieux, tres propre et tres bien entretenu, mobilier style ancien mais confortable. Toutes les commodites fans l'appartement ainsi que dans le quartier seul le micro onde ne fonctionnait pas. Le garage est adapte aux petites voitures.
Proprietaires tres sympathiques et accueillants.

Wohnung liegt sehr günstig 3 Min zu Fuß vom Bhf u S-Bahn Station Maria Zambrano. 5 Min zu einem der Stadtstrände (den wir aber nicht bevorzugten) Busstation ins Zentrum 2 Min., aus dem Zentrum gegenüber. War sauber und alles Vorhanden, was man benötigt, besonders in der Küche. Die Schlüsselübergabe / Ein-u. Auschecken war unkompliziert. Die Gastgeberin telefonisch / Sms immer erreichbar. Hat uns gut gefallen.

It is a nice apartment in a big apartment house near the railway station of Malaga, and maybe I would even rate it 4 stars, but for its name: the word magnifico does not apply.
It is a well-equipped, normal apartment, with the following inconveniences: no A/C, the balcony is not usable, because very small, there is a fusty smell in the separate toilet, plus we have encountered one or two roaches as well. To say some positive things also: the beach is 5 minutes walk, a supermarket is close, the railway plaza is close, the traffic possibilies are good, airport is reachable by the subway in twent minutes.

Excelente.
El piso se encuentra en una zona genial, cerca de comercios, playa, centro y estación.
Esta mucho mejor de lo que me esperaba, es como si estuvieras en tu propia casa.

Magnifique endroit pas loin de la mer aéroport gare bus ... Tout est ok l'accueil est chaleureux la propreté est au rendez-vous le paysage est joli nous avons passé de bonnes vacances

Very Good!!
The flat is very spacious and bright with a small balcony, very well equipped with a fully working kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, TV and Wi-Fi, it's in a quiet area and safe, in a block of flats on the 6th floor (with 2 lifts!) and the location is great! It's a 5 minutes walk from the train station (trains take you to the Airport in 15 minutes) and a 5 minutes walk from the beach! There are 2 Shopping Centres near the train station and Malaga's centre is 15/20 minutes walk from the flat. I definitely recommend it!

About the neighborhood
Our apartment is located in an priviledge area, quite near Maria Zambrano train station which let you to arrive at Benalmadena or Torremolinos in a few minutes. You can get to the beach in less than 5 minutes walking or visit the town center or our old town in less than 20 minutes walking. Near the aparment there are also avalible a great amount of shops as well as shopping centers with services such as cinemas, bowling, restaurants, etc.<BR>
Works are currently being carried out next to the apartment from 8 to 15 from Monday to Friday. For this reason, the apartment is suitable for travelers who go to the beach in the morning or visit the city. Not recommended for travelers who want to rest in the morning because there is a little noise,
Getting around
Since the main train and bus stations are nearby, it is possible to travel comfortably to visit Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Fuengirola or other provinces like Sevilla, Granada... You can take the train at the airport and get to the apartment in around 20 minutes. Furthermore, the train station shares facilities with Vialia shopping center with shops, restaurants and entertainment including cinema.
