Apartamento espacioso, renovado, cocina moderna, llena de luz, abierta a un salón muy amplio con ventanales grandes y vista frontal al mar. Terraza fantástica que se extiende desde el salón hasta todos los dormitorios. Hemos renovado el baño principal y añadido un aseo. Un dormitorio de matrimonio y dos dormitorios dobles, todos con vistas al mar. Brisa directa del mar. Solo cruzar la calle para acceder a la playa de la Rada. Zona de paseo con jardín en la parte frontal del edificio.

We expect our guests to respect the property and the rest of the neighbors that live in the building.
Please make sure to clean up the sand from the beach as much as possible before returning home (There is an area on the beach for quick clean up). The sand can damage the shower drainage.
The trash can be taken out after 8pm.There are containers for the trash right outside the building, as well as recycling containers.
Overall, have a lot of fun!

Estepona Apartment
Fantastic apartment ideally located with lovely views to the beautiful La Rada beach. Very pleasant walk to the old town & the Port. Large comfortable apartment only downside is bathroom & shower need modernisation. Would definitely return.

Brilliant location

Great location and view
This is a great apartment that we rented for 4 people for my husband's 40th. It's located between the town and port and is literally across the road from the beach. It's airy and spacious with a lovely balcony. You are on a main road so there's a bit of noise, but nothing that some ear plugs at night doesn't fix. This is my 3rd visit to Estepona and I'd definitely stay here again. Communication with the host was good and were always on hand if we needed anything.

Beautiful view.
Alicia's apartment is in a great location. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go. But a suggestion, we also ran out of toilet paper on second day. It seems we're not the only ones.
I also recommend that guests contact the person to let you into the apartment several hours in advance as that person does not live on site. Other than that, I recommend Alicia's apartment.

Almost perfect
This apparentment was absolutely great for what we needed. Nice central location with easy walking to the Port. Beautiful beach views on a huge balcony. One of the other guests even mentioned the photos on here don't do the appartment justice.
For us the only one slight thing that let it down was that due to it stating towels provided we had not taken any and there were only three towels with us being a party of 5 adults. On this note equally we ran out of toilet roll on the second day.
This said these were our only complaints everything else was great.

Great Apartment Great Location
We stayed here for 4 days in August 2017, just a short getaway trip. It is a nice spacious, light and airy apartment. Right across from the beach and easy walking distance to the port, old town and Wednesday Market. Good selection of restaurants, supermarkets etc. Nearby.
We have not given it 5 stars because the traffic noise from the road is loud and doesn't make for a rested sleep. Also we didn't get our check in details and directions to the property until less than 48 hrs before we landed in Spain - we appreciate the owner was on holiday but we couldn't fully look forward to our holiday without these details. Trip advisor team were great though and made efforts to contact owner on our behalf and kept regular contact with us too and it all worked out!

Spacious, bright, convenient location, lovely sea view
Lovely flat, lots of space, had everything we needed. Convenient location between the old town and port area, a short walk to both. Some traffic noise from the road at the front, but quieter at night. Town is nice, plenty bars and restaurants. We were here for winter sun and to go walking in the mountains inland, and this was a good base.

EXCELENTE
Precioso piso en primera linea de playa, amplio y espacioso, estupenda ubicación ya que se encuentra situado en una zona tranquila y muy cerca del centro histórico y a un paso del puerto deportivo de Estepona.
Un saludo a sus propietarios, profesionales y de trato excelente.
