Begrüssung sehr freundlich.
Allerdings war die Ausstattung der Wohnung bereits älter.
Die Wohnung war verstaubt und schmuddelig.
Während der nächsten Tage hat sich daran nichts geändert.
Die Heizung war kalt, der Thermostat war kaputt, das Zimmer war kalt. "Reparatur" nach 4 Tagen führte dazu, dass Heizkörper auf voll heiss lief und nicht regulierbar war.
Die Unterkunft entsprach weder den geweckten Erwartungen noch war sie akzeptabel.
Ich habe nach 6 Tagen vorzeitig gekündigt.
Jetzt muss ich leider noch juristisch um die überzahlte Miete kämpfen, da der Eigentümer sich weigert, die bereits bezahlte Miete für ca. 2 weitere Wochen zu erstatten.
Auszug war durch sehr verletzenden Schriftverkehr seitens d. Eigentümervertreters begleitet.
