My flat (second floor/ no lift) is perfect for groups or families. '5' bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen/dining + a big living room. High ceilings, exposed brick.. + just a 2 min walk to city square + U-Bahn stop. When you search, enter your arrival and departure dates, and the total number of guests (max. 10 ! not suitable for Children !!!) who'll be traveling. Thank you! The apartment is a legal commercial property within a building with the official use stated as equivalent to a hotel. There are 3 bedrooms each with a 160 x 200 cm box spring double bed. A further bedroom with 3 box spring beds 80 x 200 cm. The 5th 'bedroom' is an alcove off the living room. It has a higher floor than the living room so you don't feel like you're sleeping on the floor. The room has a 160 x 200 cm quality mattress + a big window. If the alcove isn't required as a bedroom during your stay it can be used as a further part of the living room. Most importantly there are 3 bathrooms each with a toilet + basin... two have a shower each and one has a bathtub with a shower. The showers are certainly designed to all work simultaneously and all the bathrooms have a window. For 10 guests there is a full kitchen with a big fridge, oven, dishwasher and everything you need to cook, eat + be merry together. The dining area + kitchen share one room which has a balcony attached. If there are smokers among the guests I ask that the smoking be confined to the balcony. The living area is really spacious with two big couches and various other seats, a big flatscreen with cabel TV offering some english channels. I also have a washing machine and dryer for your use. I have a beautiful 'green room' for you in the courtyard of my house. It has an evergreen garden with a sitting area + fairy lights for a gorgeous atmosphere all year round. Most important things you should know: - max. Guests: 10 ! (not suitable for Children !!!) - Check-in: from 3pm to 9pm - Late Check-in: after 9pm = 30 Euro extra / after 11pm = 50 Euro extra (This is not included in the booking price and is an additional cost!) - Check-out: until 10am - Check-in before 15:00 and check-out after 10:00 as well as luggage storage is unfortunately not possible. The apartment must vacated by you by 10:00 on the day of departure - Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included - Inside the house is strictly NO SMOKING - Partying is not allowed in the apartment and is a cause for an immediately termination of the rental contract. - The apartment may only be used by the named guests. The usage by a third party or any other additional occupancy is not permitted and is a cause for an immediately termination of the rental contract. Check-in Please send me all the information of your arrival, like time and place (e.g. airport & number of the flight or train station with number of the train, etc.), so I can send you additional information, give you notice about your Check-In (from 3pm) and the contact person. On your day of arrival (and not before) you can reach my contact person from 13:00 per telephone and make a time to check-in. The apartment is located in the popular and vibrant neighborhood „Kreuzkölln“. This area has in the in last years blossomed, the atmosphere in the streets is cozy and friendly. The area is full of restaurants, galleries, bars, design shops, book stores, cinemas etc. There are many super markets in the area.
Getting around
The closest metro station is Hermannplatz (2 min walk) where the U8 and U7 will take you quickly to other neighborhoods like Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. The bus M29 and M41 are just 4 min from the house and will take you directly to the Jewish Museum, Potsdamer Platz, Sony Center, Hauptbahnof, the New National Gallery etc.
