The chalet is located in the desirable Les Pècles area and sleeps up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms, arranged to suit your needs. With spectacular uninterrupted views of Mont Blanc and a stones throw from the many shops/bars and restaurants the location couldn't be better. Following a challenging day on the slopes you can have dinner enjoying the mountain views and then curl up in front of the large fire, or head into town to one of the many restaurants.
There are 5 bedrooms, one of which is a large master suite running the full length of the chalet, and a second is a large separate Studio. Free wifi is available throughout the chalet.
The large open-plan living area is furnished with comfortable sofas arranged around a 3-sided glass fireplace. A 55" HD flat screen Smart TV is provided along with wood for the fire. The living area leads onto a sunny dining area which is perfect for cosy dinner parties. Both the living and dining areas have large panoramic windows which open out onto a full length south facing balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular Mont Blanc and surrounding mountain views.
The dining area leads into a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, fitted with a new German kitchen and including a large induction hob, double ovens, an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, freestanding microwave and a toaster. Crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking items are provided.
There is new oak flooring and underfloor heating throughout the open plan living/dining and kitchen area.
Bedroom 1 :
The master bedroom is a large suite consisting of an en-suite bathroom room, a separate walk-in dressing room, a private balcony and fitted with a king sized bed. Floor to ceiling windows open onto the south facing balcony, again with Mont Blanc views. The master en-suite has recently been refurbished into a luxury bathroom with freestanding bath, double basins, freestanding shower, a designer black and white toilet and a chrome heated towel rail. The bathroom has a tiled floor with underfloor heating. The walk-in dressing room has ample storage, a large mirror and a small dressing table.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 :
There are 2 twin bedrooms, fitted with 2 single beds each (90cm wide). One of these bedrooms can be made up into a double bedroom on request. Both have wooden floors and mountain views.
Bedroom 4 :
This double bedroom is equipped with a double bed, which is a sofa bed but which is fitted with a full-thickness mattress for comfort. This room features a 40"TV, mountain views and has wooden flooring with underfloor heating.
This bedroom can be converted into a study for flexications, equipped with a desk and chair. Please request this option when booking.
Bedroom 5 :
Bedroom 5 is a Studio located on the ground floor of the chalet. It has a double bed, kitchenette and en suite shower room and has direct access to the garden with Mont Blanc views.
The modern family bathroom consists of a large walk in-shower, twin basins, a designer black and white toilet, a chrome heated towel rail and underfloor heating.
Boot room:
On the ground floor there is a large boot room with ample seating and storage for boots, skis and equipment. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Facilities:
The chalet has WiFi access throughout and a hairdryer is provided in each bedroom. All beds have high quality pocket-sprung mattresses, goose feather duvets and pillows and quality bed linen. Towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for guests.
Outside:
To the front of the chalet is private off road parking for 2 cars.
The chalet is surrounded by garden. To the rear of the chalet is a sunny, south facing garden with a flat lawn and stunning mountain views of Mont Blanc. A bbq and outdoor table and chairs are provided in the summer.
The chalet is in an excellent location with amenities and transport all being very close to the chalet. The town centre with its shops, restaurants and supermarkets is a 3 minute flat walk. The flat walk is important as many chalets are on steep hillside. There are several bus stops within 3 mins of the chalet and the main bus station at Chamonix Sud is a 5 minute walk. The train stops close by at Les Pecles et Les Moussoux on demand.
The local ski area of Brèvent is a 10-12 minute walk and the closest ski shop is only 50m.

we had a group of family and friends visiting to ski in the beautiful valley around chamonix. Esme's home was the PERFECT location, within a short distance walk to downtown giving us access to all the shops/resturants. We also found it extremely easy to access the shuttle lines to gain access to all the ski resorts with ease. We noticed a lot of the other chalets were on steep hills making it difficult to walk easily into town, but ours was about a 3 min level ground walk directly in the city center (again PERFECT). The chalet itself was beautifully set up, we enjoyed a full brunch with fondue using the two fondue sets Esme already had in her home. The open concept kitchen/dining/living area is wonderful for sharing time together after a long day on the slopes. The bedrooms had amazingly comfortable beds, and the downstairs studio apartment is a great addition for extra couples. Overall I would highly recommend this chalet, and look forward to booking with Esme again in the future!

Luxurious, spacious and perfectly located
This chalet was the best in years of renting holiday accommodation. The rooms were spacious, ample off-road parking, and the location was perfect: near enough to the centre to pop out to the supermarket easily, but far enough from the busy main street to be quiet. The chalet has been refurbished and redecorated, so we were the first to use a brand new kitchen. The rest of the house was immaculate, and the beds wonderfully comfortable. I particularly enjoyed looking at Mont Blanc from the bath.
We hope to return.

Great Location, Bigger Than It Looks and Very Comfortable
This was the perfect chalet for a group of 8 friends to spend a week in Chamonix. Well located, about a 5 min walk into town centre. Kitchen well equiped, log fire, great views of Mt Blanc, lovely balconies, heated drying rack. Would recommend a car/mini van while Chamonix to avoid taking buses. We had mini bus and it worked perfectly.
Will be back!

Fantastic Chalet in Chamonix
Our stay in Chamonix was made even better with this fantastic accommodation,The views from the balcony of Mont Blanc were fabulous no matter what time of day. Location was perfect , just a 5min stroll into Chamonix and the Aguille de Midi cable car. Chalet facilities were excellent - everythig we needed , And Esme (the owner) was wonderful and was happy to help with all our quieries. Would deffinately recommend.

Skiing break
We stayed in this lovely chalet for a family skiing holiday. 5 adults and a baby. The chalet was perfect , lovely accommodation and everything you needed for the perfect holiday. Location was superb, close to town centre. Everyone thought it a success in every way.

Lovely comfortable chalet, great location and host
From the moment I booked the Chalet the owner, Esme, was in regular contact ensuring we had everything we need to plan for our holiday. The accommodation is excellent for groups or large families, all very clean and tidy and well looked after. We ended up cooking and eating in most nights as the kitchen was really well equipped and nice to relax by the fire, listen to music, play games. There is even a fondue set which was an added bonus. Plenty of hot water at all times so even with 7 people all having showers after each other no complaints of water running out. Really good sized warm boot room downstairs easy to get in and out with all your kit. Short walk down to Chamonix Sud bus station with regular buses to Le tour every 10 mins and every 30 mins to Les Houches. I am sure we will be booking again in the future.

Fantastic chalet in a great location
The chalet is extremely well located just a few minutes walk from the centre of town, it's very easy to access with ample parking.
Inside it's exactly as described, very comfortable bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, a great dining/sitting area with all mod cons and heated boot/ski room.
Everything worked very easily - entry on arrival, heating, hot water etc.
Thanks Esme, we will be back.

Perfect place
We had a fantastic week. The chalet is a short walk from the centre of Chamonix, there's a lovely open fireplace, big tv and very comfy beds. All in all, an ideal place to stay.

Amazing chalet. Amazing location!
The location of the chalet is fantastic - so close to the centre of Chamonix town with all its shops and bars etc, yet the chalet is in a very quiet road with amazing views of Mont Blanc. The chalet is very comfortable and spacious and equipped with everything we could have needed. We will be booking again next year!

Chalet location:
The town is a short 300m walk. Chamonix is a busy town and has a multitude of shops, bars and restaurants.
There is a ski rental shop and bar all very close to the Chalet, and a larger supermarket and multiple bars, shops and restaurants a short walk.
A spa/suana is 7 mins walk and the main bus stop of Chamonix Sud a 5 min walk.
Skiing :
10 mins walk from Le Brevent ski area and 15 mins to the l'Aiguille du Midi.
The skiing in the Chamonix Valley is spread over 5 main ski areas. There is a regular bus service included in the lift pass, which runs between these areas.
The Chamonix Valley provides skiing for all abilities with nursery slopes and gentle runs for beginners, and a wide range of pistes for the intermediate and advanced skier. For the experts there is limitless off piste skiing and some steep and challenging runs. For the adventurous there is the famous 22km Vallee Blanche which runs down onto the spectacular Mer de Glace.
There are multiple ski schools and the Chamonix mountain guides, arguably the best in the Alps, will introduce you to some amazing terrain.
Getting around
The chalet is in a great location - with easy access by foot to the shops and restaurants. There is a bus service that will take you up and down the Chamonix valley. This is free with a ski pass and the Chamonix Sud bus station is a few minutes walk from the chalet.
There is also a train that runs to various locations. The main train station is in town, a 10 minute walk from the chalet, and there is a local train stop called Les Pecles et Mousseux - just a few minutes walk from the chalet.

The closest airport is Geneva airport, which is 90km from Chamonix (approx 1 hour 15min by road).
There are multiple operators offering easy and cheap transport from Geneva airport to Chamonix. Some will drop off and collect from the chalet. Please contact me for further information.Driving from Geneva airport takes around 90 minutes and the route is dual carriageway all the way to Chamonix. Within the resort there are buses which travel up and down the valley and are free with a ski pass. There is a main bus terminal at Chamonix Sud (600m) a 7 min walk.The Les Moussoux train station is 3 minutes from the chalet and the main station in Chamonix is a 15 min walk.
