Spacious (65 m2) 2 bedroom self-catered apartment in Les Praz. Modern and fully equipped, it is only 300 m from the Flegere cable car and the Chamonix golf course. It makes it a perfect holiday home in winter and summer.

It is a comfortable, refurbished, first floor apartment with a modern, yet cosy feel to it. The kitchen is open plan and well-equipped with a ceramic hob, built-in oven, large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. It is stocked with all the necessary appliances for home cooking.

The apartment sleeps 4 people in 2 double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the second with 2 single beds which can be combined in a double bed. Both bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes. The open, light and spacious dining/living area also offers a relaxing space with seating for 4.

Location is excellent. Very convenient for both Chamonix and mountain trails. View is stunning. Apartment is beautiful, perfectly equipped, clean and comfortable. Despite being very close to the main train station and the port, apartment is very quiet. We can really recomend this apartment.

Our 2 week stay at the Chalet du Lac was brilliant. The apartment is so well equipped that you will not need to bring anything from home with you. We were also delighted with the size of the living/dining area. We had another family visit for dinner and there was enough seating for us all to eat and chat comfortably....
